Library swf with does not perform the actions

I have an actionScript animation film simple (using Greensock TweenMax) after export works fine when I open the .swf file obtained on its own (double click on my Mac finder).  My film has 2 frames, frame 1 sets up the interpolation on the object function in my film, frame 2 performs the function and stops.  As I said, if I open the exported .swf file or preview in a html browser, I see the desired animation effect.

However, when I include the swf exported in another project file (using import to library) and drop it in my main script - I don't get the animation that I see in my standalone swf file.  I tried to call the file directly to play and notheing happens.  When I opened this symbol of swf (double clicking) after putting on the main timeline, I see 2 managers, but only in the original file symbiols graphics are in these frameworks (no action).

I test the same goal using an exported swf of a film by the animation timeline (classic Tween), and it worked fine).

What Miss me?  Is it possible to take advantage of a file to swf actionscript animation in other films?  I want to do so that I can create a bunch of stand alone animations I load in dynamically and play without chronology animate each one.  Any help GREATLY appreciated, thank you very much!

Yes, if it's an AS3 file you can use the Loader class.

If you want the movie to be physically in the other alternative file would be to copy the script of the film to a movieclip in the other file.

  • Left mouse click selects the button but does not execute the action of the button (for example close)

    HI - this seems to be a problem with Windows rather than the mouse, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

    First of all - I have a trackball M570. Works fine connected to another Windows 7 machine.

    But on a single machine including windows 7... I can use the left click for most, but in some applications, when I click a button it not actually click the button. Yes, he selects the button but it does not perform the button action. I also see the issue in the boxes, I can't put a tick in the boxes. Or at least I just figured someway by combining fast random space bar presses and presses mouse, but it is obviously not right. Couldn't find anything useful in google, so I thought I would try here in hope!

    Thank you for the pointers !

    Cheers, Jim.

    HI - Finally - I found a solution.

    First of all - the following solution worked for me, but there are possible solutions mentioned on the thread I linked in my previous email.

    The mouse is a Logitech wireless, with the SetPoint software installed. I also had a Microsoft wired keyboard and just in case that was the problem, I replaced it and - YES! All good new - in fact explains some other issues, I was less concerned. The problem with the keyboard was somehow screwing of the mouse.

    Since then I have been reduced to a media volume on the keyboard button, no idea how to solve this problem, and the replacement keyboard was free, so just get rid of the old. Note: I could use the old keyboard when I downloaded the Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center, installed and disabled the offending button.

    Thank you, maybe my solution might help some people out there.

    Jim.

  • Does not execute the action script

    I have a flash document which displayed a banner on my web site. I tried to figure out how to add a button or a menu item in the document. When I followed the tutorials in Flash, it seems to be a disconnect between what I have on Flash 8 Professional and what means the tutorial. In the basic tasks: creating a banner, part 2 > writing simple actions, step 2. said open the property inspector (window > properties) and find the instance name text box in the property inspector. Everything I find is the component and the component under the window Inspector. Properties opens the properties, filters and settings. If the Inspector of the components is the same, it will not allow me this option until I select an item. I selected the buttons and menu item in various attempts to make it work. I then follow steps 4 through 7 and go the the Test application.
    When I test the screen and click on or hover over and release the cursor, nothing happens with the button or menu item. It does not branch anywhere. My original flash running again... it would be a good thing:) is there anyone who knows how to implement this? My default browser is IE7, does make a difference?

    Properties opens the properties, filters and settings. what you want. If it is not already displayed, click the Properties tab.

    Now you must create something on stage (as a movieclip or button or textfield). the properties panel will then reveal the instance name textfield in which you can type an instance name.

  • Microsoft Jscript Runtime error - object does not support the action of line 12

    I get this error at startup on my laptop running Win 7. I have just respond ok and continue to work. How do I cure this?

    Hello

    Have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

    A runtime error is a software or hardware problem that prevents a program to function properly. Runtime errors could cause you to lose information in the file that you are using, causing errors in the file (corrupt the file) so that you cannot work with it, or prevent you from using a feature. Unlike stop errors, errors lead usually Windows or a program to stop working.

    See the following Microsoft article.

    What is a runtime error? http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows7/what-is-a-runtime-error

    I suggest you perform a clean boot and check if it helps.

    Clean boot will check if any third-party application is causing the problem, as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    How to solve problems using the clean boot in Windows: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Note: once the diagnosis has been made, make sure that you reset the computer as usual.

  • Process does not perform an update.

    I have this process of PL/SQL in my page:

    UPDATE tag_order
    SET order_date = SYSDATE
    WHERE order_number =: P16_Order_Number;

    COMMIT;

    Unfortunately, it does not perform the update. What could be wrong?
    FYI: In order to access the page where this process, you first go to a page that contains an area of report interactive (Page 15). When you click on one of the lines in this part of the report, page 16 is loaded and the: P16_Order_Number element loaded with the order number on the report page. I don't know if that has anything to do with the problem, but I mention it because: P16_Order_Number is referenced in the update statement. The session state is not defined?

    Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello

    And, if send you the page and then check the session state for the page elements, P16_ORDER_NUMBER always appears good value?

    Do you have a process of "reset...". "on the page that runs before your own process that performs the update?

    I click on the links in the email and get a box that says: "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action" and the link cannot be opened.

    Suggestions;

    1. make sure that your e-mail program is your default program.

    2. make sure that your Internet Explorer, or your main browser has all its faults.

    You can do both of the above by following these steps...

    Start button > right column, click default programs > click Set Your Default programs...

    1. click on your e-mail program > it doesn't say "this program has all its defaults"?
    If not, click on choose by default for this program > check all boxes below the list > click on save when finished.

    2 do the same as above for your Internet Explorer, or your main browser.
