library to re-edit the link does not

Hi, I opened a project this morning and he asked me to re link my images that are in my CC library, nothing had moved or changed since yesterday when I worked on this topic but anyway. Now when I try to create a link to the image with the library, he says that "dosent it files exist, you do not have permission or the file is used.

Its not used, I checked in photoshop and illustrator and my library works fine but I can use them in Indesign.

Any ideas?

The funny thing is that I can not disable the extension because it is one that I should paste my link in the cause of the problem!     I was able to download as well, even without an additional download manager.
    There was an intense debate on the problems of downloading of certain areas. See this thread: {: identifier of the thread = 2201365}

    Ok. I have it fixed. Went in tools/options. Hit the mailto, which has already been set at Outlook (default) and press "ok" instead of just going out.
