Is it possible to restore the options in the Panel have no option of available power

Hello Braunmab,

Thank you for your message.  Try to get to you the options of Hibernate that way:
Right-click on the desktop and select "Properties".
Select the "Screen Saver" tab > click on "Power Options."
In this window, you should see options to Hibernate / sleep.
Please let us know if it did or did not help to solve your problem.
See you soon
