  I've come a long way from dozens of forums and phone calls with dealers, and now I've finally found my way here.

  I need to buy a single "photoshop cs6 extended" license.

  After a while of research, I finally found a dealer who seemed appropriate.

  My question is: I need to make sure that I buy a legal license and not a fake or stolen or copied. I will return my money from the company I work for, if I can show them legal proof that the license, I bought is original.

  So I contacted the dealer. I had the following responses / facts about him:

  1. The license consists of a license code printed on a purchase invoice (sorry my English). There is no certificate of Adobe with hologram or similar, as I have for example of our licenses of Microsoft products.
  2. He sells licenses to a volume license agreement (Oh, man, I really hate when I don't know the correct terms in English.) Obviously some sort of contract that consists of many unique license without support for DVD codes, package, manuals.)
  3. When I asked "How can I be sure that the license you're selling me is legal? He said: we can transfer the license to your Adobe ID account. This ensures that the license is legal and original, otherwise Adobe wouldn't transfer us the license to your ID.

• Manager of Dell - no matching licenses licenses are available?

  I am trying to configure the License Manager Dell and have imported an inventory of servers that have already installed on it (iDRAC + OME CfgMgr) license.

  However, I find that whenever I try to deploy one of the licenses on the server (to test), I was informed that "no matching licenses are available.  This seems odd, because I'm looking at all.

  I can however export the license check and then manually import XML license through the iDRAC successfully interface.

  The reason why you see error "no appropriate license is available" is because the license is already deployed on the target server. To test your, try the following steps:

  1. the export to the local file system.

  2. go to the devices page and remove the device from the same license. This option is available under license of details for the selected device.

  3 import the license exported to DLM.

  4 deploy the license now.

• Adobe person vs Business license for 1 person

  I received a call from Adobe today trying to convince me that I'm on the wrong license for my creative cloud subscription. As typical fashion, the person who called me was less than stellar in the English language, so communication was a bit of a challenge.

  That person who called claimed to be a license check and think I should use a license instead of an individual license. Personally, I feel like this is a cash grab and I wouldn't hard telling him that if Adobe would try to change my license I must find alternative software as the pricing of business just doesn't make sense for me.

  So, to keep things fair, I'll explain my current situation we hope to get an overview on whether I should be switching licenses or not as everything I read indicates that I do nothing wrong.

  I am a small business owner where the only staff is my wife and myself. My business is software consulting where I write software to different hospitals around the United States and the Canada. I am the only person who uses my CC license and I use it for the following purposes:

  • I create PDFs with Acrobat (usually, conversion of Word documents or signing of documents)
  • Sometimes, I use Photoshop to edit the screenshots of applications to send to a client. These are basic things like adding labels and arrows.
  • I use Dreamweaver from time to time to test different web programming techniques or working on my business website.
  • I use some of the Adobe video software to splice videos of my kids and add some special effects of pleasure.

  So my question and concerns are, if I should use the operating license to all work linked in Adobe products, what is the single license that clearly, it would be a very expensive toy?

  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. This call from Adobe today got angry enough over the past 12 years spent more $7 000 on these products and I like the tools I'm not prepared to be watered more like this.

  As mentioned more high CC is not based on the serial number, if you are asked to use the serial number there is a problem in it.

• OT - FLEXnet Licensing Service

  Is there any indication of the FLEXnet Licensing Service -

  I have been troubleshooting a situation where printing from many / most of the applications causes it a blocking the program and/or accident.

  In a period of digital household recently, I disabled a Service Adobe related to CS4 - I don't remember directions - license check or update of audit. (I stopped to use the suite CS4 out of Acrobat 9)

  I noticed a FLEXnet folder in my data C:\Program containing almost identicle data and log entries in the file to adobe_00080000 and esko_00426a00, both with entries and recent timestamps

  Printing from Outlook blocks the program most of the time. Printing from Adobe applications is hit & miss.

  Quite frustrating

  I could reinstall print divers.

  I certainly wouldn't uninstall CS4 less than be developed to reinstall CS5 forward. It allows you to uninstall a large number of common files which have been updated by installs newer.

• Identification of license that is on the Machine that?

  I have two licenses for CS3 Design Premium and I each license installed on two Macs - each on a desktop and a MB Pro - four machines in total.

  Now, I ordered an upgrade to CS5 DP to replace two of these facilities, but I can not find the folder that I thought that I had kept to show what licenses are on which machines. I also thought that it was a way to display a partial serial number - sufficient to determine what I need to know - but I'm not.

  All four Macs are on the same network. I thought it would be easy enough to learn at what a pair of machines has the same license by opening one of the applications on the computer and then go to the computers, B, C and D to see where the application would not launch because an instance is already running on another machine on the network. That has not worked; I can run all the CS3 applications on all four Macs at a time. Disabling the license check is not something I would do, even if I knew how to do, so I can't explain why this is the case.

  Part 2 of my question. After that one of you kind souls tells me how to identify what licenses are on which machines: suppose that run on computers A and B 1 and 2 license works on C and D machines. But I want to install CS5 update on machines A and C. Can I share licenses between computers before you install the CS5 upgrade, possibly by disabling the license and reactivate with the appropriate serial numbers?

  I hope to solve this problem quickly for installation without concern for the upgrade. I had an experience with Adobe a few years ago that left a bad taste in my mouth. I couldn't activate a DP CS3 license after buying software in a box retail. It took countless hours on the phone for months to persuade Adobe to help me, even though I had a pretty long (for a user not pro) of Adobe software that I bought at retail, and it is my opinion that Adobe would have guessed a look on this list that I'm not a likely software pirate. A persistent fear of a repetition of this very unpleasant experience is the reason why it took me so long to get to level. My wife and I need to run this software on two Macs simultaneously and if this update goes well I'll upgrade my other CS3 license with greater confidence.

  I use the function import PDM with Measurement Studio 8.6. Now, I received a customer a PDM file. But I got an error when I want to load it. After that audit I discovered what was generated with Diadem 11.1. Of course the old version of DIAdem and other plugin could not read files. In Diadem I could not save it to the old format.

  There are two broad approaches:

  1. Use the MStudio Project Wizard to create a project in VS2005 and copy the .licx file (or relevant content) in your VS2008 project.
  2. Manually create the .licx for PDM file entry
     1. Follow the instructions in the help topic MStudio licenses without integrated tools measure the Studio .NET class libraries (the Studio help OR measure > .NET OR Measurement Studio class library > using libraries .NET class Measurement Studio > .NET class libraries Licensing > Licensing without integrated tools .NET class libraries) to create a .licx for your project file.
     2. This help topic is missing the entry for TDMS .licx (I'll file a bug report to fix this in a future version of MStudio). The information you need is: NationalInstruments.Tdms.TdmsLicenser, NationalInstruments.Tdms, Version =A.B.C.D, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken is 4544464cdeaab541
     3. Replace A.B.C.D, above the specific version of the Assembly that you are using.
        
        1. To determine the specific version of the Assembly that you use, go to the directory DotNET\Assemblies\Current under the MStudio for VS2005 (generally C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\MeasurementStudioVS2005\DotNET\Assemblies\Current) installation directory.
        2. Examine the properties of the NationalInstruments.Tdms.dll file and find the Version of the file property. It is the version you need.

  Of course, it seems that we should facilitate this. I'll file a bug report to see if we can generate and install a .licx including the correct information. Then we could reference to this help topic .licx file.

  I'll be happy to answer your query, however, please explain more about abbreviation INKL. There is a version called Office of ink that is used in the Tablet PC.

  Here's the other version of Windows, you can make reference to:
