License of team members failed, but now reactive and can not connect

My guy TI has managed to miss the email that has been to our annual update of the license was cancelled today. They have made contact and all now works well in the office, but when the PC at home, I can not Illustrator to work. PS is perfect?

It asks me to connect, so I do, and he said thank you click continue to benefit from the software and then guess what he dismisses me back to the sign again, it's in a continuous loop so impossible to get in any.

I've logged in and out of the CC app and I can access that very well and like I said I still have full access to the PS. ?

Just to let you know I had a conversation with Pratima in support, was very helpful and solved the problem for me.

These are the following steps that have been made to solve the problem:

  1. You must first check the host file in order to verify if there are entries from adobe. [was not this step]
  2. If Yes, then you need to remove those
  3. You can find the hosts file on location: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
  4. Then go to the location C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and rename SLCache
  5. Then go to the location: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and rename SLStore.
  6. Then launch the application by right clicking and select run as administrator.

That's all you need to follow.

With the support, I am now back operational.
