License stopped working?
To restore my hard drive to Time Capsule, none of my adobe creative suite 4 products work - I get an error that allowed has stopped working. Screen tells me to restart and to contact customer support if the problem persists. Customer support doesn't do anything and sent me here. 150:30 error code. Someone has any idea how to fix this without reinstalling?

So I was able to resolve the error I had with minimal effort. I ran Process Monitor and found that there is an application called AGSServices.exe which was a lot of mistakes, try to connect to the following folder: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache. I deleted the cache.db file in this folder, and the next time I open photoshop it asked me to re-enter the license information. Presto! That fixed it. In order to delete the cache.db file, I had to go in safe mode, but you could probably remove it without going into safe mode if you haven't tried to open a product adobe since a restart.
I guess the cache.db file has been corrupted. Hope this helps someone who is having a similar problem.

My apologies if this is a common question. Have CS3 on Snow Leopard. Downloaded El Capitan on a separate partition on HD with CS3 to see if there are problems. Message appears "License has stopped working" on El Capitan suggesting that I have to contact Adobe customer service. Does anyone know of a cycle of work please.

I recently bought a new computer (MacBook Pro) and when I try to open Photoshop or Adobe Acrobat, it tells me that the license has stopped working. The message is repeated after you start the computer with the error code: 150:30.

CS5.5 license stopped working
I have a CS5.5 Production Premium. It was working fine until last night. This morning when I started Pro Premium. Instead of starting the program, he came with a screen asking for serial number I put in the serial number. He does not accept it. He simply recycles and arrives once again with the same screen asking serial number.
I am running Windows 10 Home on a newer HP envy tour. Everything was working fine until yesterday. That's happened.
Can I uninstall and reinstall the product and hope it will work?

Earlier today, I hit the cat at the bottom of the window button making me 1 week of headaches. Vaguly, I me remember when I got rid of vista, I needed to call and received a substitution code.
Today, I spent about 30 minutes with a chat tech, and after that I received the code of substitution, EACH PROGRAM has worked!
Why Adobe does not suggest that it is a different matter. Then follow help to chat. It saved me hours of time.

Before, when I had to reinstall the software, serial number did not because I install more than the allotted time. I called Adobe and they solve the problem. If I have to reinstall again, is there a phone number I can call? I can't find one on the Adobe Web site.

Had tried and download the LicenseRecovery109 given the solution to solve this problem. Install it and run it. But still get this error. Need help.

Help, please! I used the Migration Assistant to transfer all my Time Machine backup to my new MacBook Pro. When I try to open Photoshop or InDesign (CS4), it tells me that "a license for this product has stopped working". Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Migration of Mac and Time Machine NOT FUNCTION correctly with the Adobe program activations due to hidden folders are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies
You must disable and uninstall and make a correct installation! IF you can even install the old software on a new Mac
