Licensed applications only install as a trial
I have a contract for education for creative cloud which should include almost all CC http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/volume-licensing/pdfs/cc-enterprise-edu-en.pdf applications
I have the latest version of the CCP and the connection with the company credentials that we use for the site of Adobe license, this allows us to build packages with all the applications available. However, when the package is installed on a client computer, then all applications were initially showing that running in a mode of trial.
I have generated a license file in the CCP and ran as long as administrator on the client computer, it is expected to submit a new request our license to make sure that the trial versions of applications are enabled. Now, the following applications are still like running in a trial:
- Photoshop
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Muse
- Acrobat CC
- SpeedGrade
All these applications have been previously put at our disposal and are listed in the EEE Program Guide (see link) under our licenses. I think that this problem is presented since the recent updates of 2015.

Hello Matt,
Adobe has established this Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly back in the test mode. CS6, CCM > issue > when you open a Creative Suite 6 application that apart from your creative cloud membership, you see a message stating that you run a trial.
Then, if needed: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/account-password-sign-help.html.
You may have to restart your PC.

My 250 post license was accidentally installed as a trial version. Now it crashes when you try to activate. It sticks to the Panel to the screen.
If you have already installed the software as a trial please go through the mentioned CS6 deployment guide and create a serialize file and run it on all machines. It will be actiavte your software.

Photoshop only install as a trial creative cloud
I've just bought a creative photography plan Cloud (photoshop + lightroom). The problem is, install only photoshop as a trial version and requires a serial number. Lightroom is OK.
Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. No case :-(

My company bought Creative Cloud for teams. I use a Mac at work and have installed without any problem there. However, at home, I use a PC (Windows 7) and I tried several times to connect to my creative cloud account and download programs so I can work at home, but every time it loads only programs such as trial versions.
I tried several troubleshooting options with no luck:
- Click on the sign in the window of the trial - but he asked me just a serial number which I did of course not.
- I asked my IT dept work to remove and return my seat invitation, which they did, but it does not solve the issue.
- I asked my work COMPUTER dept to check with the dealer we bought Creative Cloud for teams to know if there is any restrictions or parameters that used to allow to install on a second computer but they said it should be good.
- My teammates to work have installed on their Mac home without any problems, there seems to be only a PC problem.
- I have previously on my computer but uninstalled everything CS6 in the case where this caused the conflict - but it does not solve the problem of CC.
- I uninstalled and used the Adobe cleaning tool, then reinstalled but it doesn't work - the hearing days still held countdown.
- I uninstalled again, use a registry cleaning tool (clean base registry, temporary files, files temporary browser etc), used the cleaning tool Adobe (just to make cleaner) and removed all traces of Adobe from my machine. I reinstalled Creative Cloud Application manager, installed Acrobat to try it. This time, the hearing days returned to 30 (instead of zero). I clicked the "sign" button in, it connect but always requires a serial number.
I tried contacting Adobe via chat but we told him after that some time I would need to talk to Tech Support. My discussions with the Technical Support Adobe in the past have not been successful, so I thought I would ask the forum as my last-ditch attempt to solve this problem.

Reset the hosts file:
Windows
Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etc and then press ENTER.
Right-click on the hosts file, and then select open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.
Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.
Save and close the file.
Mac OS
Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.
In a window of Finder, select go > go to folder.
Type/etc.
Select the hosts file and open it.
Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.
Save and close the file.

Is it my cloud monthly membership give me access to Flash Professional for as long as I have a subscription? I installed the Flash software and it says it's only a 30 day trial. Well, you have found the issue because you use the serial number for Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard on the installer of the Illustrator.
Please download the program Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard CS5.5 installation from the link and run the installer and activate using the serial number as you have.
Once the product is activated, select the Illustrator application to install.

How to remove an APEX application installed as a "Run Application only"
How can I remove an APEX application that is installed as an application "Application only". Whenever I try to open the application I get a message indicating that the "application is installed but not editable. I also tried to re - install the application by setting the status to build 'run and build the Application' and the ID ID appliction to the single race App., but an error message appears that the 'Application ID reserved.'

"Application not installed" only on the new Galaxy Note 8
For some reason, I can't install application compiled and packaged with 3.7 AIR SDK on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It installs on Nexus 7 and Samsung Galaxy S, but on the Note 8, I get error message "Application not installed". I tried to install with the default settings and self-signed certuficate empty application. What could be the reason for this error on a particular device?
