  • Ban the lifelog app launch

    Hello
I would like to ban the lifelog app launch when I tap my phone using NFC on my SmartBand. It is especially annoying because I use the SmartBand to unlock my phone. Is this possible?

As much as I know it is not possible without the use of 3rd party software. Would be possible using a kind of task killer, but I wouldn't recommend that these tend to do more harm then good.

  • SmartWatch 3 & Lifelog

Anyone had any chance to get the Smartwatch 3 and lifelog app to work together?  Just recently purchased 3 Smartwatch and nothing about the works of app lifelog.  Any help would be appreciated.

    @Pierreo

This isn't to Sony but until Google.

  • I enter any data in my SWR30 Lifelog.

    Sony Xperia Z: 10.5.1.A.0.292

    SWR30 fw: 2.0.0.27
    SWR30 app: 2.0.0.48
    LifeLog app: 2.3.A.1.10

My phone is always connected to the internet and have no problem with the SWR30 not be connetced on the phone.

My main use of the SWR30 is not the thing of the way of life.
I have a limited audience, the bracelet is perfect as a wakener in the morning. This work is perfect.
I also use the messages/calendar and talk through the SWR30. No problem there either.

But I have no data uploaded from SWR30 to Lifelog what so ever.
I can see on SWR30 that he counts my steps when walking and running but nothing comes to Lifelog.
I also tried the bookmark of the life, but I get nothing from that downloaded in Lifelog either.

I tried to reinstall the SWR30 fw and Lifelog app, but it did not help.

I saw somewhere that SWR30 stops to download if his memory is full.
Is it possible for me to delete what is currently stored on SWR30?

How can I synchronize with Lifelog SWR30? I was under the impression that this was done automatically as long as they are connected? LifeLog doesn't always work though, but it should not synchronize when I restart the application?

How can I make sure that everything is fixed correct?
Logcat newspapers gives me no clues either.

What can I do to make this work?

    BR

Is not very intuitive, but I found a way to disable the recording of the location.

    LifeLog > settings > tap "Login" >

You will come to a screen where you can disable any location/activities/application.

OK, so it's all there, good. The documentation could be better...

So all-in-all in the default settings of Lifelog geolocation service must be activated for SmartBand Talk/Lifelog sync work.

You can disable this requirement in Lifelog settings by typing "Logger" and disable it there place.

  • New owner of smartwatch 3, only about 12 hours of battery life!

Hi, seems that I'm not the problem of battery life only experience on smartwatch 3. Just received the watch last week to use with my Xperia XZ, overall satisfied with the watch but the life of the battery.

Expected to last two days, but have misery through one day, software up-to-date, tried resetting and turning still wide screen, still not sustainable as it should.

Use it mostly for review, some applications and sometimes music.

My Apple Watch series 2 rated power up to 18 hours on the other hand lasts about two days, was expected at least on the SW3.

What is the problem, and have the battery gets worse with subsequent updates? Someone here suggested it could be lifelog app the cause, but have no experience with it before the last update.

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

A fix was just released yesterday evening, and the battery life is back to normal with lifelog!

Thanks for the info. Just updated earlier today and Lifelog reinstalled/activated on the phone, SW3 far, no battery drain and seams very stable batterylife, 12 hours and up to 66% with about 22 hours battery left . A happy field here.

Anyone else having this problem, updates to Lifelog and go to carry Android app and apps to sync again, to ensure that the update is synchronized to your SW3.

  • Why in my 5 Nexus not appear cycling and transport functions

I guess that bike and transport functions are only for Sony Xperia? If so what these functions will appear in the Nexus 5

    I fear bad news.

Just found the official notification on the updates to the app lifelog. It reads "update for the recognition of activity adding Lifelog app transport & bike with the ability to change the type of activity. Both of these features are exclusive to Sony Xperia devices only. »

As it says in the above exclusive statement to Sony Xperia devices only. Sorry not on the interfaces between 5.

  • Sony Smartband talk - cannot receive incoming calls

    Hello

I recently bought Smartband speak only to receive calls without having to exit the phone out of the Pocket. However, have been fruitless so far. I have paired the device to my Samsung Galaxy S4, installed Smartband talk and lifelog apps on my phone. I get all my SMS / whatsapp notifications. However, when I called another number in order to test the functionality of appeal, vibrates my talking smartband and poster who called, but when I press the function key, then the screen just flashes but then nothing happens. Call guard ringtone on my Samsung phone. If I can take the call on my samsung phone, my smartband only shows that call is active with this issue, but is he's going. Is this something I am doing wrong. Someone in the forum mentioned Smart Dialer third-party app - can this solve the problem of not being able to take calls or y at - it an another third-party application that I can use. I tried restarted and re-pairing following the mentioned method (key simultaneously both volume and function) but that also has not solved the problem.

solved... uninstalled the app from my phone, installed again, re-pairs between them and now able to receive calls.

  • Pulse gap and inaccurate measures breed (Smartband2 with Android Lifelog)

This problem of differential pulse me frustrated for a long time until a recent update of lifelog. But in the google group + lifelog beta, developers claim that it is a problem of firmware of the swr12 and it is up to the hardware team to resolve.

However, so far, does still no update of the application swr12, and this problem occurs after the most recent update of lifelog. Yesterday, I found a gap in the period of sleep, then my exercise in full has today no details of heart rate (even if I actived cardio mode)! And sometimes the measure is very imprecise, on 40 bpm lower than the actual rate of heart, not very reliable, is to be fixed

It's already taken too long time of difficulty. I hope that we don't need to wait another month or year?

So the heart rate recording stopped because of a few friendly update server? I'm exciting about all kinds of updates, but not any that in the company of sony a tweet message in advance so that we know that our devices are not broken it's because of the server?

How disturbing people, who thought that their device regressed, reinstalled the apps and re-couple the unit again and again?

I posted this message once I have not found this problem, although now no late reply again, not to mention a message in advance!

Do not we panic next time. Please

  • Comments on Lifelog and the SmartBand

I've had my SmartBand for almost two weeks now and love it, but where are the other sets in the application of Lifelog? In various places - announcements, promo videos and the back of the box it came - I see images of buildings, sitting (in an office?), driving, on a bus, and some of them represented on the activity of tiles - but I don't see them appear for me. These functions are only available when paired with an Experia phone (I have a S5 Galaxy)? Or is it a case of taking into account the warning on the back of the box: "graphics and other pieces of information are subject to change without notice?

I can see weather activities (clouds and rain), as a contribution of the weather app; otherwise I see are trees, and that's it. OK, night is indicated by a blue tint and the day moves in 'brightness' according to its progress through the hours. It is far too early to tell if short experience with lifelog, after a period but representations of night will happen with the passing of the seasons: are dawn and dusk synchronized in the application?

If my combination of SmartBand and phone can connect my GPS trips, why not not my position by wifi (home & work) according to its SSID (or the location in Android setting), or Bluetooth when it is associated with a device in the car? Why so not so with a Bluetooth device on a bicycle or motorcycle, or other 'active' object or any other location? Maybe I'm fantasizing about things that cannot be achieved, but it would be nice to know and is not possible. There seems to be so much potential...

And since the bookmarks can be deleted, why not not at least some other activities? I don't have an eternal reminder of fumbling with the phone on a few occasions leading to take pictures of out-of-focus of my feet or grass? Of course, I can delete the photos themselves (which I did) but I find myself with the corresponding activity bubbles and statistics forever.

As for the SmartBand itself? Reasonably comfortable, but catch on clothing at times and sometimes on other objects around my place of work or at home: it scares me that at some point I could scrape and disfigure the band. When this happens I wish I could buy a replacement - replacement of a single, in my color choices (good, black)-so why I would buy two others that I would probably never use? Not everyone wants to make a fashion statement! Perhaps us users could implement an Exchange forum - exchange a red (orange?) for something else? Or please Sony, packs of one (or more) of the same color?

I know it's the early days...

Hi, I had my Smartband for about a week, and I do not have a Xperia device (I have a Nexus 5) and I can't answer all your questions, but I'll have a go:

Driving, cycling and public transport activities are due in the summer, I understand. But the buildings - home, work, school and others - are already represented in the application. You must set these to the top by going into the map when you are in one of these places (or rewind your lifelog up to a point where you were there). Then press the PIN that indicates your location and it will give you the opportunity to name the place and determine the type of place. It will then appear as a point on the map and the graphic representation will display the building while you were there. See my attached screenshot which shows me at work - you are right, it would be better if it showed me as to sit! It will appear when you are working from home, or out and about.

You will find that you set places more and more, they'll all be visible on the map quickly and you'll accumulate a photo where you have been. Great stuff.

I don't know if the sunrise and the sunset are synchronized within the app. Currently, here in the United Kingdom (not sure where you are), it becomes clear at 05:00 and 21:00-dark, and the app represents about this. It will be interesting to see what happens in winter when it is not clear until 08:00 and dark at 4 pm!

I agree that the bubbles of the activity should be removable. Maybe it's something that Sony will add later, as I'm sure that the availability of new bands of different colors.

I hope this helps! It's early days and there are many improvements have, but still, I think that Sony has done a good job.

  • Account of Lifelog

I can make the connection between my Nexus5 and the SWR10 band. Day and night mode and vibrations when arrive the message works well.
However, when you create accounts Lifelog, I can't click the Foreard Button After you enter the weight, age, height and sex.
How can I get an account of Lifelog. Who can help me.

    Hello

If you see this screen, it means that you entered twice the e-mail and the password, go to lifelog account

(once for access to the account and then to associate the account)

Then you must enter the name (I have not noticed, when I opened for the first time lifelog), age, height, weight, sex and the 'continue' button should be enabled.

If you see not the continue button enabled, you can try to reinstall the app (deletion of data during the uninstallation).

  • Log Lifelog with Google or Sony?

    Hello

I installed Lifelog on Android. When you open the app, he asks me if I want to connect my account with Google or my Sony account.

What are the differences? This choice comes she leans on in which cloud the data is saved (Sony or Google) or there are any other dependencies?

    Thank you.

    Hi kasimodem,

    Welcome to the community,

You have answered your question, the difference, that's where the data is stored in.

    I hope this helps.

  • LifeLog is not connection application use

    Hello.   I run Lifelog on a LG G2 with a SWR10 through Sony's SmartConnect.

For some reason, Lifelog is not recording time spent on browsing activities, Communication, game or video (and maybe others - these are those I'm interested).   I have seen other users with similar problems and tried the suggested fixes: uninstall + reinstall, by disabling App + Cache data and activating / deactivating the Logger switches.  Nothing seems to work for me.

The application used to log very well but it has not registered the application data for recent months.  He doesn't see I take pictures, steps and transport, but it does not recognize e-mail, browsing, games and video.

Y at - it other ideas or workarounds out there?  It's frustrating because I chose this device on others, because is a broad view of the cup of the lifestyle.

    Quester! You are a genius!

It turns out that this option is not available on my LG G2.  After a little research, it seems that LG, in their wisdom, removed this particular option of Lollipop.  However, it can be accessed using a smart procedure, I found on XDA (here).  I copied the appropriate text below for other users of strugglign with the same question.

"The only way I know to access is through Launcher Nova. Long press on the home screen and select Widgets. Locate the activities widget and drag it on your home screen. When the activities menu opens, scroll down to and then select settings. When the menu grows, scroll down to and then select "Apps with access to use. You can then select and add Applock to the list of apps w / access to use. »

    Thanks a lot again!
