Lightroom 5 License validation

I bought a Softwarelicense Lightroom to my local camerashop, but when I tried to validate the trailversion, the following message is appeard: 'the serialnr. you have entered is incorrect. »

I checked several times that the number corresponds to the license, I bought. Someone at - it encounterd the same problem? Someone at - there a sollution possible?

Seems that you have downloaded Lightroom from cloud, please uninstall and reinstall the product updates and use your serial number.

    Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

    Adobe Creative Cloud apps back in test mode after 2015 set CC to update

    * NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.

    These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.

    4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

    It depends on. If you accidentally downloaded the creative cloud desktop application and installed Lightroom as a test you cannot enter a detail, autonomous, serial number of licence in this version. You must first uninstall it and install this link stand-alone version.

    We sell our software based on linux on our custom server hardware platform. We intend to make the vmware as a platform officially supported. We will distribute only computer image virtual and clients will have to arrange their own ESX VM server.

    License of our application is generated using eth0 MAC from our server unit. So the license of the application generated for a mac address, on the device only one server (i.e. a license is linked to a server machine). Same license does not work on any other device server due to the mac address verification.

    In ESX VM, mac address can be automatically or manually assigned to a VM vNIC:

    Limits:

    License currently applied to our application will not work in the following cases, which are very likely to occur in the field:

    a. If the virtual computer is moved to another ESX Server, automatically generated the MAC address for this virtual machine will change.

    If a virtual computer is stopped, the same generative MAC may be assigned to another VM that happens while the virtual machine is broken.

    Later when this virtual machine is displayed, it will get a few other self-generated Mac.

    Licensing could be a problem if based on the MAC address.

    As you wrote if you use a MAC address manually it can also be defined by the user.

    If you use the automatic type, there is another problem.

    And anyway Linux is fairly simple spoof the MAC address...

    Using the properties of the drive, as UUID or special block could simple derivation by cloning the entire disk with JJ.

    CPUID properties can not be used...

    Have you considered using a solution based on the license server?

    Please specify you get the exact error message? Were the software works well before? Have you made any recent changes in your machine? With the trial license screen you see no possibility of this software license, if yes click on login and enter the serial number to activate the software.

    Unfortunately, it won't work. Adobe does not sell THE previous versions of Lightroom. And the serial numbers are specific to the version numbers. Your only option would be to buy 5 Lightroom from a third party source. Or, you can pay 10 $par month to have Lightroom 5.7 under the creative cloud package. Another solution would be to install a 64-bit operating system. If your computer is old might want to consider upgrading to a newer version anyway.

    LR allows you 2 LR simultaneous operation. You must connect so it can 'phone home' to control your account/use and activate your installation. After validation, it works without an Internet connection so that you turn it off. Signing on the Windows PC where you don't need LR more free activation.

  • Photoshop CC 2015 - loop without end of license validation during startup. All Solutions?

    I use PS CC 2015 for awhile to editing photos and other, I uninstalled PS CC 2015 of my C drive (to free up space and consolidate PS CC 2015 things on another drive) and installed on another drive, I couldn't go back into Photoshop. While trying to start it it give me a window of validation of software license that would pop up and disappear every few seconds again and again.

    I tried solutions:

    -Uninstalling and reinstalling under the C drive.

    Please follow the steps below.

    First of all make sure that you have followed the steps mentioned in Adobe Creative Cloud connection errors

    1. Rename Slcache and Slstore
    • Navigate to C:/ProgramData\Adobe\ (program data are hidden folder) and rename the Slstore to Slstore.old
    • Go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\ and rename Slcache to Slcache.old

    2. now, the suite Adobe Creative Cloud connection errors rename opm.db file

    • Navigate to the OOBE folder. : - \Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    • Rename the file opm.db in opm.old.db

    3. run the vacuum to clean install Adobe Creative cloud and Photoshop. (If the step 1 and 2 does not solve the problem)
