Lightroom CC - development of non-visible presets on the context menu in the library Module
Just installed Lightroom CC 2015 - loving the speed increase in the develop module.
When I select a bunch of images in the library module and right-click (Windows of course), 'developing' settings from the context menu has a number of things listed, but missing completely all presets that are usually visible. This was voluntarily removed in Lightroom CC, or is this a bug?
If I pass the develop module, all my presets appear on the left hand side correctly.
In the library module, they are all listed in the box "Saved Preset" above to develop quickly, but they are just missing now from the context menu.
I tried to reset all my prefs (ctrl + alt + shift on restart) - still the same.
Any ideas?
Paul

It is true, that they are eliminated because of the speed. Some users were too develop presets so he slowed down too.

Develop settings not displayed in the library module
Recently, I noticed that some of my develop settings are not reflected in the library module.
I have the most obvious example is a picture with a radial filter which seems to disappear just when I move to the library.
When I export the image JPG applied development settings.
It is not just this image that is affected, it is only the most extreme example.
I have a very slight change to offensive images (new crop) and they are now the same in the library and to the point!

Intelligent previews does not work in the library module, but visible in the develop module
Hello
Essentially in the title, I get a blur and a "loading" message that complements never completely in the library module that I zoom... but when I visit the development module that it loads very well as I zoom 100%. Could there be a problem with the smart preview files? someone sent me these lr db of for me to work on locally/offline, so I don't have access to the original files. How can I fix it?
Hello
Sorry for not update earlier - the customer told me that download may be stopped somehow, which probably explains why it does not completely load.

Straight, simple like this:
I shoot with a 5 d MARK II. Complete captor. No noise even possibel to ISO high.
I airbrushed a picture and I pushed some limitations while using the tool brush on some sections of the image.
As I watch in the DEVELOP module, I see no noise at all. As soon as I open it in the LIBRARY module, I see the noise on this specific section of the photo.
How is it? Will there be a compression of the image between the DEVELOPMENT and the LIBRARY module?
What to trust? How can we work with divergence like that?
If anyone noticed something similar, I would really like your opinion on this.
> I'm shooting with a 5 d MARK II. Complete captor. No noise even possibel to ISO high.
You have been deceived by the marketing. All cameras, even a 5DmkII a noise at each ISO setting. Most of the noise from digital in modern cameras capture is caused by photon counting statistics (i.e. photographed fish noise or noise) and in small part by the noise of the amplifier. This means that any pixel noise is practically equal to the square root of the number of photons counted by the pixel. "Canna change the laws of physics Cap ' n."

Development module working on a small subset of the raw data for its display, especially when zoomed out to go up or fill. This is to ensure that cursors are sensitive and you don't have to wait for a few seconds each time you touch a slider. You can only trust the preview to establish in what respect the sharpness and noise when zoomed to 1:1 or higher because of this and this means you must be able to optimize the sharpness and noise while the zoom 1:1 reduction. This is necessary in all cases that capture sharpening and noise reduction work at the pixel level. In the library, the preview is a JPEG, pronounced on the raw file using full raw. Also note that if you brush positive clarity, one tends to amplify really no noise in the image, so, be careful and check regularly at 1:1.
> What to trust? How can we work with divergence like that?
1:1 Preview to the point or the glimpse of the library if you are interested in the features of sharpness and noise.
> If anyone noticed something similar, I would really like your opinion on this.
You are not the first to see it for sure. Usually, it doesn't matter except when you push your images really hard.

Canon 5 d images are not correctly displayed in the develop module, they look posterized or something. They look fine in the library module, what happens?
Try turning off the GPU. Go in Edition > Preferences > Performance (Lightroom > preferences > Performance on a Mac) and uncheck the box use Graphics Processor.

When I edit a photo in "develop" and then click back to the library to export the only changes to the photo that carry over is the cropping. I can't export my edited photo. Anyone have this problem? I have the creative cloud package
Hi stever25146025,
According to the request, I understand that when you export images from Lightroom it shows only the crops, is not editing.
It is specific to a single image or all images in the catalog?
Could you please let me know what file format you choose to export the images and also what version of Lightroom are you using?
Kind regards
Tanuj

Export of different color to develop the module, but even in the library module
Today, I came across a problem which I have not already seen in LR CC.
I went between the library modules and develop and has seen very significant changes in the color range and brightness of my images. Images of the library have been redder and darker than in the develop module.
The exported JPEG image color best fits my image of library module and not the image module develop such whether it should - it makes editing images very random, because I have to keep flowing back in the library module to see the actual changes that I do in the develop module.
How can I fix this bug so that develop images are accurate representations of the exported image?
Thank you for the update.
Yes, that seems to result from the graphics processor.
Suggest you go in the Lightroom preferences > performance > uncheck the option to use the graphics processor
If that gives better results then you should try to install the latest version of the AMD graphics driver:

I'm editing in the bright room of Adobe and when I change in the develop module, I get the image I want, but when I see in the library module in its final State, it changed and degraded. Why is this happening?
The difference between the raw edition photo and editing a PSD is that the PSD has black points and white pinned to the visible pixel values, the raw photo has still "headroom" with values of pixel darker than black visible and brighter than white, so when you export the raw file , there may be details that have improved (or obscured if it was another type of image) of the perception and mapping of the Compensation of the black spot on the final color profile.
This means not PS is better or LR is lower, it is enough for you to go to a different type of image. If you don't have PS to do final Assembly, you can probably do the same thing by exporting the raw in a 16 bit ProPhotoRGB TIF file, re-import this TIF and then set it LR, possibly using the tone curve to make the pitch black dark areas.

Why the Collections with Lightroom Panel disappeared in the library Module?
After the upgrade to Lightroom 5.6 (mac), the Collection Panel no longer appears in the library Module. At first I thought that the collections had been wiped out, but then I noticed that a search for a name of collection found the photos in the collection, as well as the collections display correctly in the develop Module.
I can't understand how to get the list of collections in the library Module, which is where I use them. Can anyone help? Thank you.
Jim,
In the library module, right-click (ctrl-click on Mac) on a header Panel on the left side and put a check mark on any names of missing panels.

Is it possible to go directly from the development to the lightbox view module in the library module. Now switch back to default module library in single image view just set to develop the module. It seems that it should be an option, but I can't find it anywhere. Hope that makes sense. Thank you
Just press the letter 'G '. This means the display of the grid. And from there, you can select any image and press "D" Brown in the develop module.

It began in LR5 and continues now that I upgraded to Lightroom CC 2015. In the library, I do not show all of the photos even if file names are there. The photo area is grayed out. I can see the image in the develop module. It started when I imported some JPEG files, but now it's this way for all the photos. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
I restarted the MacBookPro OS X 10.10.3, optimized catalog and no change.
Thank you
David
Were you able to get it repaired with Adobe technology? Normally the removal
Previews should take care of this problem, except when the catalog
itself also has a few problems. If you launch Lightroom while you keep the
option key, you get a dialog box where you can choose to test the integrity of
your catalog file itself.

Anyone have any ideas? The only way I can get around this is to export the photo in iPhoto and try to edit about the mess.
I found the answer to my problem here Lightroom Help | Color management
This library module uses Adobe RGB, while the develop module uses ProPhoto RGB.

How to make non-visible control on the Front Panel appear at Design time?
I have a few controls on the front whose visibility is changed (on or off) at run time. The problem is that if I stop the Run time, the visibility of the control remains in the running in design mode state. So I am not able to see or find the control to make changes in design mode.
How can I make all the visible front-panel controls, or find and make it visible to a control on the front whose visibility has False?
Thank you.
It is documented in the help of LabVIEW.
Hidden front panel display
Perform the following steps to display a hidden front control or indicator. You can also hide the indicators and controls on the front panel.
- Find the terminal block schema for the object. "If you have multiple devices with the same type of data, right click on the terminals and select visible elements" Label in the context menu. Find the object with the label that corresponds to the object hidden façade.
- Right-click in the Terminal, and then select Show Control context menu if the object is a control or indicator to show if the object is an indicator.
You can also use the Visible property to display the controls and indicators by program.
You can also view all hidden front panel controls and indicators.
Path: Fundamentals-> build the façade-> how-to--> configure the objects-> display on front panel of the façade hidden object.
