  Your new device needs at least 5.4 of Lightroom. Adobe sells more Lightroom 5. You can switch to Lightroom 6, or subscribe to the creative cloud, or you can download the free DNG Converter and create DNG copies that you can use with the software you have.

You can not export files from Acrobat Pro DC .kfp and necessarily import successfully in earlier versions of Acrobat Pro.

  I am running presenter 7.0 in PPT 2007. Other than the problem I have with a video file flash, it seems to work correctly.

  I created a flash video in Captivate (it is a demonstration of the short software), and I want to integrate it into a presentation using Presenter. But when I select "insert a swf file" tab in Adobe Presenter, I never have a chance to select the swf file I want.

  I expect a file at this point selection dialog box. Instead, I went to Internet Explorer and more, nothing happens.

  The flash file works fine as a stand-alone running in Internet Explorer.

  Is "Insert a swf file" the right way to add this video? Is there a better way to incorporate this Captivate video?

  A dead end I tried already: I looked at the description of the problem ' video import failed. Adobe Presenter 7.0.7', but this is not my problem. I'm running (not 7.0.7) 7.0, and the registry key mentioned on the Adobe Presenter support site (TreatFLVCheckWarningAsError) is not present on my computer.

  OK, I recommend all first that inquire through the Adobe update 7.0.6 or 7.0.7 via the download available to the public at http://www.adobe.com/products/presenter/.

  As for your question to import the flash file, if you use Captivate 5 or 5.5 he published in AS3 (ActionScript 3) only, and presenter 7.0.0 - 7.0.6 is an AS2 application. Therefore, your Captivate SWF files will not work in presenter. So, if you use Captivate 5 or newer, you must go to introduce 7.0.7 to SWFs to work.

  You cannot correct the error "file not found" by importing. It's 100 percent the wrong thing to do in this situation.

  I use an Android tablet to pre-process images. I saved a bunch on the SD card in the same folder with the original RAW files and some newly created XMP files, generated by the Tablet PC. Then I removed the SD card and put it in a card on my Mac reader and imported into LR 5.6.

  LR saw RAW ORF files. It has imported ones and the XMP data successfully. But he has never seen the TIFFS or it gave me the ability to import.   The good news is that I thought about it. For some reason any I've been usiing "peripheral" in the import dialog box, while I had been using "Files" before that. It was essentially studying/Volumes/SDcard. And I guess that the 'include subfolders' doesn't work here because I guess that's for iPhones, cameras and whatnot. I went to "Files" toggled on and outside show subfolders, and now everything is fine.

  Thank you guys! This helped me zero in the solution. And now, I know that I can use my tablet to create a subfolder to hold all processed images, or the camera itself (for the XMPs) folder.

  If you still have the old computer, you can try backup .json (using the backup instead of export). With the new system, restore the .json file.
