Lightroom export for the Retina display

I edit my pictures on Lightroom Mac Retina Display, and the images look perfect when editing. However, the second that I export, I don't know what is happening? They export goes straight to my office (so it doesn't happen because of their download to a Web site,) and they are not clear at all. Anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Here is my export settings:

Hi hayleyl

What version of Lightroom do you use?

Uncheck "Resize to adjust" checkbox.

Open the image exported in Photoshop (if installed)

I work to implement a folio for display on a retina display and I am struck a snag with my status multi object overlays. I have rebuilt the folio and all items in the 24 Viewer version and set all my article in PDF formats. The issue that happens with my navigation buttons. They are placed as a slideshow in overlays and I put the export format to vector. Looks like I did all this suggested. The overlay (State 2) makes very good and crispy I could hope to be. But the orignial (State 1) remains pixelated and seems to be made in the form of raster image. I don't know if I forget something simple but I could of course use an outside opinion.

    Thank you

    -Dylan

Creating a folio of 2048 x 1536 only works if you create renderings of folio for a multi-folio application. If you create a single-folio application, or if you don't want to implement the "renditions", workaround is to create an invisible button that appears on the button image.

The downside of the invisible button approach is that you cannot include different button appeared to [Normal] and [Clcik]. There is a solution more complex which allows you to create appearances different button in a unique rendition article involving the ESM. Let me know if you are interested and I'll get into the details.

  • Images for the retina display remain unclear

I just published my first site in muse, and I used a bunch of miniatures made from the buttons of photoshop. For the desktop version, they are all 300 x 169. For the mobile version, I made all the 600 x 338 and then transformed their 300 x 169 in Muse. I did this thinking that it would be enough resolution for screens of the retina, but when I display on my iPhone 6, they seem unclear. When I have the same files by e-mail to myself, then open them on my iPhone, they are clear, but not on my published page. What I've done wrong?

You need to activate the HiDPI for your site in the Site properties, or Muse will optimize your images up to 'normal' resolution

  • Export png for the retina display in 326 PPP.

    Hello!

I did a layout for an iPhone application in Illustrator. When I export a graphic board with a size of 160 x 90 px PNG with 326 DPI, the size ot the picture I get is 724 x 408 px with 326 ppi. If I copy and paste the object to Photoshop it also has the same growth.

I would like to do pixel-sharp design, so what is the best way to do it?

If you want something to be 160 x 90px, make it 160 x 90px/points (same thing in illustrator) and export at 72. as mylenium says, pixels are pixels; inches don't have much to do with anything here.

  • Yellow/green Cast in Photoshop CS6 after calibration of the Retina display

I use a MacBook Pro with screen Retina and color eyes display Pro with colored eyes to calibrate my monitor.  It works perfectly, except that when I open Photoshop (or even the Adobe updater now), the entire screen goes clear green / yellow!  See the attached photo, it is quite nuts and give you a headache after a few seconds to look at it.  I tried the turn of thought of treatment GPU, it would conflict with that and a dozen other small attempts to get rid of him and nothing!  I'm finally back to calibration by default for the Retina display, and it's not that bad, but obviously not yet calibrated.  I can't for the life of me find someone else who has this problem, I'm crazy?

    Thank you!

Well, then, I really only reported it because I thought that maybe in the future someone else would have encountered the same problem.  I found the solution!  Color eyes Display Pro spits like a version 4 ICC profile and the LABORATORY made 16-bit file.  It turns out that is not compatible in some way (would love and technology Adobe answer for me is - what GPU or something else listen here?).  Fortunately, there is an option to change color eyes Display Pro.  I changed it to "Matrix based" instead and voila!  Here is a screenshot from wherever the option is, just click on "profile"parameter and change the second drop at the base of the matrix.  ICC v2 has not worked for me either, any program that crashed.

  • You just bought a 13 "MacBook Pro with the Retina display. What are some tips you have for me to make this thing last? It's my first MacBook.

I just bought a brand new 13 "MacBook Pro with the Retina display (no, I didn't wait for the new version of 2016). It's my first MacBook.

I'm looking for advice on what I can to make this last as long as possible. You guys have any advice for me of past experiences or knowledge? It will be greatly appreciated!

  • Problems with the retina display resolution

    Hello

I have a macbook pro (2015) with a retina display 15 "that I can't seem to adjust to the correct resolution. The native resolution, as I understand it, is supposed to be 2880 x 1800. I can't see my resolution when I put its "default value to display" in system preferences, but if I change it to "scaling", it is said that the default resolution "looks like 1440 x 900". Even when I go to the maximum the space option, it doesn't give me that 'looks at 1920 x 1200.

When I up resolutions for the screens of the retina, it looks like the scale at 1440 x 900 option is supposed not to be available for the 13 "display.

The native resolution is not supposed to be available in the options when the scale is selected. What you need is respectful of the eye from the App Store, which will increase the resolution above the option 'More space' completely in the native resolution.

  • Blurry images on the Retina display

    Dear all,

I have two iMac 27', one of 2010 and a whole new one retina.

    The topic is:

Editing some pictures on photoshop for my site on the retina of display but the photos seem a little obscure, as a low resolution...
Edit the photos exactly the same on my old iMac and the perfect look of photos!

Same size, same resolution, same photoshop.

To be sure, I saved the two photos for the web on iMacs and then open them with the application overview on both screens.

Even, perfect on old screen and a little little point clear or blurry on the retina.

    Someone knows why?

This happens only on photos, texts and stuffs are supa clear on the Retina display, but I noticed that most of the websites I visit display pictures unclear!

So I guess that the problem is not the way that I save my photos or computer that I use.

looking forward to read from you guys.

    Jules.

On the regular iMac, an image that is 400 pixels may appear as about 3 inches long on this screen. However, on your iMac to the retina, that image would be on a 1.5 inch. This is because the iMac has double the resolution, but the same retina display size. Which makes things look great. The downside is, it can also make things look small. To avoid this, the iMac of retina automatically stretches everything so a 400 pixel image on the regular iMac seems the same size on the Retina display. If you set a picture on, you know it can become blurred.  The solution to optimize your images for the Retina of your iMac display is to use higher resolution images. If you take a picture only twice as large that it must be on a traditional screen and squish it down for display on your Web site, it will look sharp for normal users. Then, when he's nervous for someone on an iMac of retina, you're going to be displayed at its original size - and it will always look perfect. There are ways to check the zoom level of the web browser and provide different versions of images on this basis. HTML5 offers tools to help with this. Another solution is to use vector graphics to SVG.

  • CS5 Design Premium and recently bought a MacBook Pro with the retina display

I have CS5 Design Premium and recently bought a MacBook Pro with the retina display. everything seems pixelated. Question: if I buy a large external screen for use with the product Adobe will always look pixelated?

I can't answer that question, but I can say that CS5 is is no longer being updated for the new hardware and operating systems, so as far as I know, if you buy an external with the same kind of screen 'High definition' monitor you have now, you will have the same problem

Enlarge the image in actual size and notice that the interface of Flash Builder looks blurry.

    Please solve this problem.

    Andrey

I had the same problem - could not believe my eyes on how horrible and blurry Flash Builder looked on my new Macbook Pro w retina.  Through she had suffered since last week and have just discovered this work around that someone figured out for Eclipse that also works on Flash Builder (guess b/c it is built on Eclipse).  Here is the link to the bug report that shows the work around (thanks to Brad Hudgeons):

    https://bugs.Eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=382972

Here is a cut and paste from the bug report in the case of the above url is deleted:

Here's the workaround: Do "Show package contents" on the Eclipse.app. Edit Contents/Info.plist. Just above Place this: NSHighResolutionCapable

Instead of Eclipse, display the contents of the package on Adobe Flash Builder 4.6.app.   After you change the Info.plist file, go to the Adobe Flash Builder 4.6.app and reproduce.  It will create an Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 copy.app.  Delete your original Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 and rename the Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 Adobe Flash Builder 4.6.app copy.app.  Then launch Flash Builder - you should see the text which is much clearer.  The graphics on the user interface are still unclear but at least the text should be crispy.
