Lightroom is in test mode, but I bought a subscription.
Creative cloud (oh why oh why do they have this?) says I'm in trial mode. When I connect to the web account, it shows that a subscription has been subscribed. Lightroom will not work properly because he says it's in trial mode. Any help? It is in simple English and has no 40 steps, especially when it is not because of my incompetence!

I found the solution (although in part anyway) by cat in Adobe. It was a mixed experience, but ultimately it worked. I uninstalled the program again, and then created a new account to Windows user with administrator privileges, connected to this account and then installed the software under this new account. The only problem is, I can only open the software in this story, or I get the same questions as before, IE disabled features. Sigh. In any case, it works slightly irritating way. Thanks for your help.

I need to start a Captivate project, but cannot open the Captivate because it says my trial is over. My company bought 9 Captivate for me and provided a credit card number.
Was it a subscription license or a perpetual license? If it is a subscription license you must login with the Adobe ID that was used for the license.

I have Windows vista home edition 32 bit and all of a sudden its stuck on 'test mode' and it only allows me to access my regristry editor or anything to do with regristry. If I am near him, it simply restarts the computer. This whole test mode is seriously lagging my computer, the CPU is really bad spiking constantly. Is there anyway that I can fix this? No, it is not AFAIK. You can try back LR 6 and then buy the subscription of photographers. You will need to contact Adobe about this.

Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh. The update contains the entire application. Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.

A week ago, I bought a subscription to CC in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. I can access Photoshop but this screen still ask me for the license number or if I want to continue with the trial. The same thing happens with Lightroom, only it makes me sign and taking me in the tutorials. I can't access the actual program. Help!

Creative cloud for students - paid in advance, but still in test mode
I paid for the first month of subscription for one year for students three days ago, Illustrator still works in trial mode and says that the subscription cannot be found.
Transaction is complete - I can see it in my account options. I also added my school email while ordering the creative suite for students.
I wonder how long does take to confirm that I am a student?

- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall of your machine, see OS x: about the application firewall - Apple support Windows Firewall enable or disable - Windows help -
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
- In Mac: Go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
