Lightroom Mobile Android crashes

I use LR Mobile version 2.1 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 with Android OS 6.0.1. With both DNG and JPEG files LRM falls down and does not save the changes. I have an SD card installed but you saved JPEG and DNG files to the memory installed in the DCIM folder. Sometimes, it crashes while I make adjustments. The most recent accident was when I tried a save in JPEG format. He began to record but after about 5 minutes, the file has not been saved and the APP crashed. The parameters are Sync only on WiFi turned off, use a SD card and collect usage data are both enabled. The Tablet is WiFi only.

I have a similar problem with PS Mobile, it stops unexpectedly with data loss. PS Mobile version 2.6.3.

I intend to use these programs on a trip soon, any help is appreciated.

Hello Stephen,

Please check if you can use it when your tab is the flight mode.

Also try the steps below: -.

  • Uninstall your app Mobile from LR
  • Turning off your tab
  • Power tab
  • Reinstall the cool App on Play store
  • Connect with the Adobe Id

Kind regards

Sheena

  • Lightroom Mobile (Android) - cannot copy and paste settings

I recently started using Lightroom Mobile on my Android phone, and I find it very useful.

I found the menu that appears if you press on a picture - it was 'copy settings... ". "and"Paste Settings... ". "as an option, but these are still grayed out.

How can I activate these menu items, such as copy and paste settings would be very useful!

    See you soon,.

Mohit answer lead me to take another look, and I worked it out.

When you first go in an image and try the long support, the menu with copy / paste grayed out:

Somehow (I don't know the internal mechanism) parameters are not "active" for this image. What you have to do is click on the cursors icon (). The settings opens, but themselves are grayed out initially. They come to live in a few seconds.

Once these parameters are under tension, the copy and paste menu items come live in the menu press and hold:

  • loading JPGs from a sd card on lightroom mobile - android

I'm shooting jpg on my Nikon. I have a micro USB card reader for my Galaxy Tab S2. I thought that I could import these image files into Lightroom for mobile, if anything just to see the pix there.

Anyone know how I can do?

You would normally create a collection of the addde of pictures on your device and then synchronize via LR Mobile on desktop from LR. The photos remain on your desktop even if you delete them from your device.

or would probably first need to copy the photos from Nikon in a folder. There is often a DCIM folder for JPEG files, and you can create subfolders it contains.

  • Lightroom mobile: exported photos do not date taken store

When I save a photo from Lightroom Mobile (Android) to the Gallery, the exported photo does not keep the date the photo was taken. I have all the options in the sharing settings to keep the data on.

I found that if I use the share option to send the picture to another application, it keeps the date the photo was taken, but if I use the recording to the Gallery option, she loses the date the photo was taken.

  • Lightroom Mobile not automatically import pictures - Android

Somewhere along the way, probably over the last month or two, Lightroom Mobile ceased to import pictures taken on my camera for the Lightroom Mobile catalog. I can import them manually, but I got the device set to automatically import. It is always. No idea how I can fix this? Of course I tried reboot etc.

Could you check in the settings (icon of Lr left superior collections veiw) Lr Mobile if adding auto photos + videos is always enabled. If this is not the case, just reactivate the parameter and the value of your collection of target for automatic import again. Let me know if this helps. -Guido

  • When Lightroom Mobile for Android tablets will be available?

I've seen 'on the side' reference so that it's available, but the Adobe site does not say specifically that it is available.  I need to know because I want to get it to sync with my office and I'm not an Apple user.

The updated version of Lightroom Mobile, which was launched recently made compatible with the tablets.

  • No camera in Lightroom Mobile icon

I have a Sony Xperia Z3 of tablet with Android V6.0.1.

Lightroom Mobile displays an icon of camera on the bottom bar for a reason, just 'Add Photos '. I tried to reinstall does not and it of the same thing in landscape mode or portrait.

Also tried it on a Hudl2 Android V5 running, anyway.

Works fine on my iPhone 5 s. When installing on the iPhone actually he asked for access to the camera, which didn't happen during installation on Android devices.

Any ideas? Maybe a problem with Android tablets? I'm much more likely to be edit some stuff on a Tablet than a phone.

    Hey mhk1058,

LR Mobile capture feature is not currently supported on Android tablets. But if you do not request this feature, I'd say posting on the Feedback website so that other users can upvote it and comment on it. This is where our engineers hide bugs and feature suggestions.

  • Is it possible to resize the Photos (in pixels) with Lightroom Mobile

I would like to know if Photoshop Express or Lightroom Moble apps have the ability to resize photos (in pixels)?  I need an app that I can standardize on iPhone/iPad and Android phone/tablet.  If not Adobe suggestions.  Thank you.

    Hi oborzo,

Unfortunately, Lightroom Mobile or Photoshop Express has the ability to resize photos using pixels. They both allow you to resize using reports l / h.

Hope that answers the first part of your post.

  • Lightroom Mobile running on a desktop computer

I swear I've seen people talk about Lightroom Mobile running on a desktop computer.  I have Lightroom CC 2015, but cannot find a way to run Lightroom Mobile on my Windows PC.  I am interested in looking at Instagram option in Lightroom Mobile.

Also, I have a Mobile of Lightroom sync which seems to be stuck.  How can I delete that?

    Thank you

Well, I solved my sync being stuck by removing a sync to mobile framework from another collection.  Unfortunately, my LR Mobile has no open option to for Instagram mentioned in the article.  The feeling that it is a thing of Android, as I tried on two devices.

    Thanks for the help.

  • Lightroom Mobile does not load pictures

When I open Lightroom Mobile on my android tablet, I have a message it to load my pictures, and then nothing but a screen empty. Although the cloud icon is continuously points on the road, nothing happens. If I then log out and back in, records and photos (9000 +) load immediately and I can proceed as usual.

    Everyone knows this?

Now, I found that it is possible to delete several files on the desktop browser, so I erased the all out like that. I guess this could also have an effect on the opening of the app

  • Lightroom Mobile account expired even if CC membership is active.

    People,

I spent several hours on the phone (for most pending) for the same problem, so if this message appears as hostile, please don't take it like that. I'm frustrated with the level of telephone assistance "" I received for a few days. My Lightroom app appears as 'expired' when I try to log in. For some background... I've been on photography and recently upgraded plan updated comprehensive plan of CC. For that to happen, "hotline" had me cancel my photo package and then buy the complete plan of the CC. After a sign out / connection on my computer, everything was fine. The problem is with Lightroom Mobile on my Galaxy Edge 6. Now, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the phone and tried fresh install on other android devices to get the same message that my subscription is expired. I can access the CC app on the android... but not Lightroom Mobile. After all is said and done, people to 'support' phone informed me that my only course of action was to contact an EXPERT via these forums. This seems like a strange model to support customer (I even had to find forums on mine) when it comes to climbing of a problem. That being said, I stay semi full of hope that the software I pay for every month can actually operate at a given time. Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Gannon

P.S. this just in: LR is now inform that LR mobile subscription is expired. How is this possible given the fact that I am in LR with a subscription of the CC?

  • Those who have purchased outright Lightroom may not use Lightroom Mobile without a subscription?

It seems quite strange that the license does not include the platform Android and Adobe forcing the purchase of their subscription of CC.

Lightroom Mobile for Android is available for phones

Adobe Lightroom for mobile - Android applications on Google game

Adobe forcing the purchase of their subscription of CC.

Fix. The only way to get Lightroom Mobile is to subscribe to Lightroom.
