Lightroom on my air.  Can I use it on my iMac too?

I just installed Lightroom on my MacBook Air. I would use it on my iMac when I'm in my home office.

Don't I have the legal rights to use Lightroom on my air and iMac, if I buy 1 copy?

I don't use them at the same time.

If I don't have legal rights, how can I copy Lightroom to my iMac?

Thank you

Rick

Hi Ricky,.

Agreement (EULA), you can use one copy of the software on 2 computers.

You can download the software from www.adobe.com/downloads or use the disc if you need to install the software on your other macbook.

I signed and downloaded Acrobat on my desk. But I need it on my computer laptop too for business meetings. Is it possible, or a subscription is good for a computer?

You can install the software subscription on as many machines as you want.  Of these machines, you are allowed to have up to two of them activated.  Of these two active devices you can use only software subscription on one of them at any time.

    Thanks in advance!

one single-user subscription allows you to install apps cc on an unlimited number of computers.

the only restriction is that you can be logged in to, at most, two computers at a time.  because adobe has made it so easy to sign-in and out of any computer, even this is not really a restriction.

I use cc apps on 4 computers and the inconvenience of signing outbound/inbound is minor.  using only 2 computers, you never have to sign out/in after your initial sign-in on each computer.

  • Can I use Lightroom on more than 1 Mac with the Plan of the photograph of the CC?

I have the Macbook Pro (domestic use) and and Macbook air (which I use when traveling). If I buy the plan of photography can I use the Lightroom on both desktop application and photos of transfer between machines?

You are allowed 2 activations as long as they are not used at the same time, so you'll be fine, you could use an external HD between the two to share the catalog and photos.

  • Can I use your Apple TV with MacBook Air

I use a MacBook Air, 13-inch, mid 2013, OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. I am interested in Apple TV. With this product I was able to connect my Epson EB - S18 projector to my Mac in order to project movies that I bought on iTunes on my wall of the apartment? Would be there is always a problem to play these movies 'protected' outside the computer itself? Must they be downloaded in SD and not HD? Can I use a patch to connect my Mac to the Thunderbolt port to the projector via the HDMI port? Can I use a patch to connect the VGA cable to the port on the computer to the projector? Please notify.

    Thank you very much.

Can I use your Apple TV with MacBook Air

Yes! AirPlay with an AppleTV is the easiest to use and less complicated solution.

SD / HD makes no difference.

You will only be able to enjoy the full quality of an HD movie with a better projector however. This model projector is not really intended for presentation of home theater. It will work well. As you can imagine that there is no upper limit on the amount, you can overlook these things, but $2000 is going to buy a nice home theater projector these days. A few years ago, you would need to spend $ 50,000 or more.

Would be there is always a problem to play these movies 'protected' outside the computer itself?

No, not if you bought (or leased) from iTunes. They have to play on any device compatible iTunes. You can even use AirPlay to distribute it to your AppleTV from an iPhone.

Can I use a patch to connect my Mac to the Thunderbolt port to the projector via the HDMI port?

    Yes.

Can I use a patch to connect the VGA cable to the port on the computer to the projector?

Not without a converter. Avoid using the VGA if possible. It's a terribly outdated and generally horrible alternative to any digital standard. Since your MBA has a port Thunderbolt, and if your projector has a HDMI input, buy a cheap (± $10) Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter cable. But AirPlay is preferable to a wired connection.

Can I use the original iPad Air 2 charger to charge my iPhone 6 Plus? It shortens the life of the battery of the phone?

Yes, you can. No, it won't. Apple sells this as compatible with the iPad and iPhone adapter.

And the phone does a little faster than with the phone adapter.

  • Can I use Airplay with an Airport Express station and a MacBook Air without going through a WAN connection?

I want to set up my MacBook Air and an Airport Express so I can use iTunes and AirPlay to connect wireless to the AirPort Express Terminal and connected powered speakers to listen to the music in my iTunes library. Is this possible? I don't want to connect to an existing wireless network to do this. I want that this configuration to work wherever I am regardless of the availability of an existing WiFi network. I want a direct wireless connection between the MacBook Air and the Airport Express. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks for your help in a confusing question.

    Yes, it will work.

You must configure the Express in router mode... the EXTENDED network of the give a static IP address and ignore the problems. You will get several questions... because the network is internet-facing. They can all be ignored... This is how it is.

You can also use a static IP configuration. I use this on a TC, but the same configuration on an Express might work better than router. It can be a delicate touch of the installation. So after some screenshots if you are having problems.

About the only thing you might be able to do is to get a basic application is which is about android and iOS, as a player (do they have an android app) and then you can use it to access the documents of these two devices (upload photos from your iPad and view them on your phone and vice versa, for example)

but your phone and your iPad literally speak two different languages.

  • Cisco AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9 can be used in standalone mode?

    Hello

We strive to deploy AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9 with 5508 controller. However, the controller is remaining and we do not want to delay our site survey. Can we use the AP mode stand-alone for the poll on the site? We don't need to exploit or to pass traffic. As long as he can feed himself which is detected by Ekahau Site survey tool, I'm fine. I can power via a PoE switch.

    Thank you

You can use it as a regular standalone access point without restriction. Need to download this code and convert CAPWAP IOS autonomous Yould:

You can find instructions how to do the conversion on the Cisco site
