  Raeburn, if you get the trial version, make sure that you are connected to creative cloud. Here's what you can try.

  • Sign in to creative cloud.
  • Disconnect from the Internet.
  • Try to use Lightroom and check if you get a trial version.

  Note: Please make sure that you are not disconnected from the creative clouds.

  First of all, Lightroom does not use plug in Camera Raw. What you see in Lightroom is a statement of what version of Camera Raw, Lightroom is fully compatible with. If you want all the features in Camera Raw 8.3, you will need to switch to Lightroom 5.3. There is no way to add ANY version of Camera Raw in Lightroom, because it uses Lightroom.

  NEVER for Lr 5.   This camera was first supported in Lr 6.5.  You can use the DNG Converter and convert the files to work in Lr 5.

  It seems to me that to have an earthquake or the busy camera, a series of images will have to be moved by the software.  In other words, you need a video clip with separate images.  A still is an image.

  You might be able to get around that.  Place your image in a dedicated project, a video share/export.  There will be many executives you need.  Report a project like the video rather than as a still.  Then you should be able to apply your chosen effects.

  I did not had time to try it, but I think it should work.

  Seems to be a problem with the destination location.

  Try changing the location of destination at the top on the right under 'FOR' pictures folder or any other location on your local hard drive.

  Hi soewandichan,

  Please make sure that Lightroom is far, i.e. Lightroom 5.7.1.

  Also, please copy the images from the card, and then paste them into a folder on the desktop and then try and import them into Lightroom.
