Lightroom won't matter of raw files from the D7000

I just jumped in the cloud to adobe and downloaded the latest version of Lightroom.  Lightroom is not read my raw files, and it won't matter pictures.  I tried troubleshooting base of MAC OS system preferences with no luck.  Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Lightroom can see the images in the preview, but 'impossible to read the images' when I try to import.

For later use, wording correct errors, please.

Your problem is with the writing of the destination for the import permissions - a question of OS. Search the forum for the (exact) error message, and you will find hundreds of messages explaining the problem and how to fix it.

The raw files from the Nikon D800E can be excited in PS 5?

You need camera raw 6.7/7.1 for this camera. So PS CS5 should work with cab 6.7. If this isn't the case, then you need the free dng converter.

  • How can I access the original RAW file from the camera of the Iphone?

Hello community. I work with professional photography. I talked to my colleagues for the quality of the pictures we take with our Iphones.  There are many filtering and strengthen and interpolation in the original photo app process of apples. I wonder if there is a way to access the original raw data to the chip in a camera of the iphone (from iphone iPhone 5 6 for the next Iphone.) I think that a lot of people engaged in photography smartphone could benefit from accessing the original raw (not emulation, no simulations) files.

    I appreciate your answers.

Currently on iOS 9, you can get the RAW of the stock camera app, or any other application photos. However, the app '645 PRO MKIII' did take pictures and store them in unprocessed TIFF formats, which is as close as possible. However, Apple is expected to push back the FIRST support in iOS 10 with third-party apps, no word on the stock soft well.

  • Lightroom will not import my Raw files from card CF. "Cannot be read." Help, please.

    Any tips?

This error message is usually because don't have you read and write to the Destination folder in the correct Panel on the right of the import dialog box by using the options available in your operating system or choose another destination to copy the file to.

You can also do a search on the forum as there are has dozens of similar positions.

  • Lightroom 5 just started deleting my files from the sd card after import. How can I stop this?

Today, I have imported a selection of photos from my camera card and noticed they were missing the card once they have been imported. I tried another selection of photos and they were deleted also. This has never happened before and I don't see any setting for this. That's happened?

You have selected by chance "move" instead of "copy" in the import dialog box? That would have that effect. Only, you should be able to do when you use a card reader, I think.

    Upgrade, or -.

Convert raw DNG images using the Adobe DNG Converter program free of charge your Sony raw images. Then import the DNG versions in Lightroom.

"Adobe DNG Converter" is not part of Lightroom (or Photoshop), but a separate (standalone).

You "run" program, select the folder of images from Sony, select a folder for the output DNG files.

Using Photoshop | Digital Negative (DNG)

  • My computer crashed so could not remove CS5. Uploaded my CS5 disk to the new computer. Download worked but no update won't work and my raw files from my Canon 5 d Mark 111 is more open (they did previously).

My computer crashed while I couldn't remove my CS5 Master Collection. I used my disk to load the program on my new computer. It worked but updates don't work nor bridge will recognize the raw files from my Canon 5 d Mark111. He acknowledged previously. Now, he says to convert to DNG, so I tried this but bridge is not to convert photos (even if it does not convert the raw files from my previous cameras).

  • Nikon D800 taken with Sandisk extreme raw files more 32 GB SDHC card was corrupted. Able to preview in the library of Lightroom4.4, but not able to import or transfer the files from the card to the computer. Any ideas on how to save the library in Lig win

Hi, I shot a few photos December 31 night mode RAW Nikon D800 and extreme as well as Sandisk card SDHC 32 GB. Looks like the card got some errors of memory so not able to transfer the files from the card to the computer. However, I am able to view the photos through Lightroom ver 4.4 library, but when I tried to import them, it gives me an error message indicating this file cannot be read.

Is it possible to save the photos to the "library window" in lightroom overcoming the card read errors?

    Thanks in advance

If you see the photos in the library module, the photos are already imported. If I there are thumbnails in the import dialog box, that means the jpg display embedded in the Raws are ok, although the raw data itself is corrupted.

You may be able to save the jpgs shipped with this: Instant RAW JPEG

  • I have Lightroom 1.4.1 and I just started shooting the Nikon D700.  I can't Lightroom to read my new raw files, help...

I have Lightroom 1.4.1 and I just started shooting the Nikon D700.  I can't Lightroom to read my new raw files, help...  Y at - it a plug-in or update I can get?  I can't afford new software after new camera and lens new!

Lightroom 1.4.1 does not support native (NEF) files from the D700 because the camera didn't even exist when it was released. To get help, you have two options: upgrade to Lr 2.x (paid for the upgrade) or convert your NEF files to DNG.

DNG 5.4 converter can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ (see the right-hand side of the page)

  • RAW files from my EOS T3i. My computer is Windows 7-64 bit.

I want to use the Raw files from my EOS Rebel T3i. When I went to load the Canon driver to convert this it turns out there is no driver for my computer operaing system. I have a fairly normal computer with Windows 7-64 bit. They do support the 33 bit processing. There seems to be no support for Windows 8. Now what? Is there a driver outside sonversion, should I use instead? It's will be supported for Windows 8 in the near future?

Default method of Windows 7 to display RAW files is to use the Canon RAW Codec, a utility that must be installed on the computer and that has (or had, I mean, I knew) No 64-bit version. For 64-bit Windows 7 cannot display files RAW except via a program, usually a photo editor, specified by the user.

Windows 8 has its own conversion utility, the Microsoft Codec, which allows it to display different suppliers, including the Canon RAW files. The Microsoft Codec works on 32-bit versions and 64-bit of Windows 8. While the Microsoft Codec is used by default to display RAW images, the user can replace it with a photo editor, just like in Windows 7.

None of this applies to the actual editing of RAW files. Many (most?) photo editors will run in 32-bit versions and 64-bit Windows 7 and Windows 8. An exception is the version 4 of Digital Photo Professional, which runs only under the 64-bit versions of operating systems.
