Lines left in the table LT after removal of the direct workspace and the removal of all workspaces

I had a lot of data in a table enabled version that has been modified in some workspaces.  The LIVE workspace, I deleted all the rows in the table and I then drove back the workspaces (yes I probably should have done differently).  Once workspaces have been cancelled table LT empty, I would have expected, but it wasn't.

I can reproduce this in the example below.  I insert two lines in the test table and allow it to version.  In a workspace I update a row in the table, which leads to 3 ranks in LT as expected.  Live, I delete the two lines of the table that translates into 5 lines of LT which is fine.  So I restore and delete the workspace I created for the update.  At this point, nothing should versioned LT lines, so I expect to go, but two lines remain.  In my real-world scenario, it is initially questions as the table LT is now much more it must be and requests on the versioned table are slow.

Is this expected behavior?  Can I do anything to clean?

Thank you

John

OK, I see.

Options (depending on the structure of your current workspace if it is not as simple as in the example) are rollback, purgetable or compressworkspace.

More information on when and how to use them can be found in this thread: https://community.oracle.com/message/4027735#4027735

Rollback works in your example, certainly, but might not be applicable in a real scenario.

Hope that helps.

Kind regards

Andreas

It seems that the ESXi still needs these deleted snapshots.

What should I do now? Restart the machine would help? Or directly edit the vmx files?

BTW I would have attached the vmx files but I don't know how to export, the box does not have ssh...

I'm sorry for the post of beginner, but I'm not very familiar with ESXi 4.

    Thanks for your suggestions,

    Karel

Do you recommend a specific action before I 'Delete All '?

The 'Delete All' process can take some time depending on the size of the snapshot and the progress bar can be used to estimate the time remaining. It will always show something superior to 90% until there finishes the job. All I can recommend is to be patient.

With the ESX version you are using (4.0 before update 2) the "Delete All" will require a lot more time with multiple snapshots in place. There are also if make sure there is enough free disk space on the data store to avoid exit of space conditions. The behavior has changed with ESX 4.0 Update 2.

  • The View of line object count goes to zero after removing the view criteria.

    Hello

    I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.4.

I applied viewCriteria to a viewObject. Its working fine.

But after that when I remove this ViewCriteria using removeApplyViewCriteriaName () /removeViewCriteria (), the number of lines of this same viewObject is 'null '.

    Kind regards

    Alok

Rather than use getRowCount(), which is not good if you get several rows in the back, use getEstimatedRowCount(), which requires the DB how many rows are returned.

Then, you can start your apuplication with - Djbo.debugoutput = console so that you see what request is sent to the db. Or you use this class VO Dump request and it & #8217; s parameter with their values. JDev & amp; ADF Goodies to get only the query and parameters of the journal.

  • Reconstruction of the table should be performed after removal of most of its data?

    Hi all
We are on Oracle 10.2.0.4 on Solaris 10. There is a table in my DB of production that has 872944 number of lines. Most of his data is now useless, that it must keep, based on a date column in the table just last a month of rest data and delete data. Thus, after the array will be just 3000 lines.

However, as the table was huge earlier (872 k lines before you remove), the deletion of data releases his oracle blocks and reduced the size of the table? Otherwise, this will help in the reconstruction of the line (redefined online) table so that the query that performs a full scan on this table goes faster?

I checked using an example of a table that simply deleting data does not remove the oracle blocks - they remain in the user_tables for this table and complete the table scan cost remains the same. I think that after this deletion, I have to do a re-definition of table online, which is the right decision so we have a query that makes the full table scan?

    Thank you

If read you about the orders, you will find that they require a DDL lock. Your users should not notice this.

You can change the appearance of a selection by clicking on "reading list" in the upper right of the iTunes window. The desired view is probably "tracks"

  • Updating of the ADF Table strangely after delete line

    Hello

I use ADF Table with ArrayList to the model of the collection. I do not use View object

    < af:table var = value ' row' = "#{pageFlowScope.dataBean.collectionModel}"... "

I have a SelectOnceChoice in each row of the table and bind their values to a property of the line

    < af:selectOneChoice value = "#{row.label}"... "

I have a command link to remove each line and the delete method:

    collectionModel.remove (idx);

The model is correctly updated, but the table of the ADF is not. Somehow, the value of the selection of the next line is set to the value of the deleted row.

For example: If there two select with values respectively: Foo, Bar. If I remove the line with Foo, the remaining line (initially Bar) is set to Foo.

If I refresh (F5) the page, it appears correctly. I also tried to use addPartialTarget and partialTriggers but no help.

Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

    Hello

Previously I use table binding, that's why it has that name.

BTW, I don't know what's causing the problem. It is related to the life cycle ADF. I put the immediate = "true" for the select box and it is working fine now.

  • Remove unwanted in table 2D lines not knowing the index for which you want to remove

    Hello!

I'm new on Labview and I hope someone can help me with my problem.

First import an Excel worksheet into a 2D-string table. For each row in the table, then I want to compare the data in a specific column (which is a date (timestamp)) with the current date. Lines containing a date with number less than today's date, I want to put in a new table and the rest I have no need.

I managed to create a time stamp for today so that it matches the timestamp of Excel. But for comparison and the creation of a new part of table, I have no idea how do. I tried several ways with no luck at all (probably because I don't understand all the screws that I use).

Happy for all the help I can get!

You are on the right track! (although your attempt lists only the datetime values)

What you need to add/change, it is the resulting table needs to be connected to the loop as a Shift register (with an initial empty table), and in the case you use either Build table to add the current line or send the non modified through.

You'll probably want to send all through and not only the datetime value.

You will probably need some tweak to use only the date, but similar to this:

    /Y

  • Remove line of af: from table of the VO readonly

    Hello

I have an af:table in the page that is based on an unalterable VO.  In the table, there is a column with a delete button to allow the user to delete the selected line.  This VO is a bit like a cache for us, and we have a send button to perform a work based on the rows in the table.

I tried to use RowSetIterator.removeCurrentRowFromCollection () and ViewObjectImpl.removeCurrentRowFromCollection ().  There was error complaining that it is an unalterable VO.

Please tell us how to implement delete line read-only VO.

    Thank you

    -Mina

Mina, please tell us your jdev version!

    Two things to check:

    (1) is there a PK set for reading only VO?

    (2) are the attributes defined to be editable (allways)? What you have to do it by hand because they are never put to the query according to your.

  • Problem with text table: text align to the left in the table

I can't try to get the text to align inside a table. I'm working on a document that has the body text indented to 12 mm. I discovered that the left of the table corresponds to the tabs and it remains fixed on the marks of the tab. I managed to get the first row of the table to align the text of body outside of the table and the table is positioned how want it to be, but I can't get the rest of the text to align with the first line. Here is a screenshot of the problem:

    Screen Shot 2015-11-24 at 5.43.27 PM.png

I did it by changing the removal of paragraph to 12 mm and by changing the withdrawal of first line to 12 mm. I've been fiddling with the tabs and other settings, but I can't not all aligned text. Is there a way to align it all without creating a separate or rectangle text box?

    Best regards, Kirk

Thanks for your help. I just found out that I was using a paragraph style just outside the table who had no hyphen, and it prevented me to rethink the table. Your method worked, but only in the document with examples I showed you. (I did separate because I work on the project of sensitive information) and when I pasted in my working paper, the table is always aligned to the left margin. I then checked the paragraph mark immediately after the table, and there was my problem. I just changed the paragraph style to the same as the outside of the body text. This caused the table to align the body text without affecting the text inside the table.

    Best regards, Kirk

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus: Streak black left on the original after copying Document

Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 more N911g, only one month, bought at HP online

Problem: Each document that I put into the automatic document feeder coming out with a black streak in the center of the paper. The copy is a perfect quality, while the original is left with the brand. I don't see a roll of Center when you open the service on the ADF Panel, but I'm probably wrong. What should I do?

If the line appears on the original after running through the ADF? The line does not appear on the copy image?

  • How to remove the lock icon to the bottom left of the icon of the file?

I had a problem with the files those are secured with permissions. in fact, I gave all the permissions that are denied to all users! After that, I tried opening the file (containing too many subfolders and files) trying to change the security properties of refused to allow all users, that he was trained in the error message as "an error occurred while applying security access to the information in a file name is refused-continue-Cancel"! not continue option or the Cancel option could change to a positive result. I tried even after deleting my current user account which I used as an administrator and then I made a new user as an administrator account, but however, it did not work at all! However, I found the solution through this community and he tried... (meghmala of the microsoft community forum moderator). That, I took a participation of this file with the option of advance on his property, security and LOL... it has worked successfully with the only problem I have lock icon yellow now down left on the folder icon I don't understand what it is and why it is, but all I want is to remove it and make my folder and its subfolders with all files in their as usual as they where before the permission setting I applied it in my old user account...

Note that I'm using windows 7 Home Edition premium is integrated with my inspiron dell 5110 N15...
Hope for the best from your side...
    Thanking you...

I have now the padlock icon yellow towards the bottom left on the folder icon... I don't understand what it is and why it is, but all I want is to delete and make my folder and its subfolders with all the files in them, as usual as they where before the permission setting

The lock simply means that only administrator accounts have access to this folder. It will disappear when you grant access to administrator accounts.
