    errore lightroom.jpg

    Hi Michela,

Lightroom makes a call the the AGkernel.dll file, but the file isn't sure what to do because it can't find the line of code within himself to answer. This can happen for several reasons, that fall within these two broad categories: AGkernel.dll is damaged and must be repaired or AGKernel.dll version is incorrect and should be updated to the correct version.

Here are some things you can do to fix the file:

-Record again with Windows AGKernel.dll: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/249873

    -Windows repair: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

-Install all the updates that are available for Windows: Windows Installer updates

    -Uninstall and reinstall Lightroom

  • Windows and Nero reports missing atl100.dll 2015

Is there some other way that restore Windows 7 Home Premium to fix programs report a Windows system file are missing. As with XP, you can put the installation disc in and repair. I programs telling me that "atl110.dll" is missing, I checked and it's there so I need to fix this problem without having to reinstall Windows.

[Edit Moderator: changed the title of "File Missing", "Windows and Nero 2015 atl100.dll reports" missing]

You're not going to tell us just what programs those maybe are you?

If you found it, where did you find?

Are these new programs that you installed recently?

If these programs used to work, what do you think has changed since the last time they worked properly?

The atl100.dll is part of Microsoft Visual Studio (ATL = Active Template Library) and developers of programs that code in C++ must have a matching version of the redistributable files (DLL = dynamic dynamic link libraries) installed on the system where their programs will run.

The files are not part of a standard Windows installation so no amount of Mode safe, clean boot, system repair or sfc/scannow will help (sorry that Microsoft committed 'experts' Support Engineer).

There are several versions of the redistributable C++ so according to what these programs are, you may have more than one version of the installed package.

Given that you can't tell which version of various companies in Visual C++ can be used, it is possible (and likely) you're going to need different versions files library C++ Redistributable installed on your system at the same time, so if you look in your add/remove programs you can see several versions installed:

You can check your add/remove programs to see what you have installed now.

People often ask if they can uninstall older versions and the answer is "maybe" because nobody no but you know what other programs you have installed that could use libraries of these old versions and if uninstall you these programs will no longer work.

This is probably a good idea to have at least the latest version installed so visit this page and get at least the 2015 version installed (which seems to be the most recent now):

    https://www.Microsoft.com/en-US/Download/details.aspx?ID=48145

Then on the next page, you will have to choose your version 32 or 64-bit Windows, download it, install it, restart your system and see what things look like.

Depending on what program this is what complains about you will need to download another version and install it too then you will need to check with the company that wrote the program that complains and ask them what you need.

When you have done, you should be able to see something like this:

  • Windows Update, error of missing mscorjit.dll!

    Hello world

Yesterday, I turned off my PC, installed Windows Update 18 updated.  Restarts in Windows, I had several identical mistakes, informing me that several of my startup programs (i.e., programs that load at startup) were: "could not load the compiler (mscorjit.dll) Jit: it may be missing or damaged."

Well, I spent all day yesterday uninstallation and reinstallation of these programs, as well as .net Framework 4.5.1.  But I have nothing has been able to restore the missing dll file.

Finally, today, I have restored my entire PC from a backup disk, and everything worked perfectly again - no error about a missing dll.  BUT THEN... Windows Update has installed the same 18 updates and here!, I get the same exact errors on a missing mscorjit.dll!

Among the 18 updates, I find these on .NET Framework, although I have no idea if these specific edits are the problem:

    A security update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x 64 systems (KB2911501)

Update of security for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x 64 (KB2898855)

    A security update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x 64 systems (KB2898857)

    A security update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x 64 systems (KB2901112)

Update of security for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x 64 (KB2901110)

And in a subsequent update, after the first 18 and after the dll mscorjit disappears:

    Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 for Windows 7 x 64-based Systems (KB2858725

Help!  Why Windows Update would steal my dear old mscorjit?  And what do I do from here?

    Thank you

  • Windows Search.exe error "missing uncdms.dll" Windows 7

I spent the better part of 12 hours today trying everything to get rid of this error message - including purchases and execution of two different registry cleaners. I tried to turn it off in Control Panel and then restart and turning back, as suggested in this forum. I even completely reinstalled Windows 7, who came back to defeat a group of earlier work. Nothing works - it's still there every time to reboot.

Tried to manually install the online source .dll file - it wouldn't take it.

I have a computer customized brand new with Windows 7 as an original clean install. He did not, until I migrated the files and the settings to my XP machine. I have subsequently removed all programs possible and which comes from the old computer (which, BTW, worked great) - all that's left are my photos and document files. I bought the computer and Windows 7, more precisely to upgrade my Adobe CS5 programs.

I have another computer with Vista, which I did not like much at first, but it only took a few hours to beat him into submission, and we've been friends since. So far Windows 7 is a nightmare. (Enough to make me run screaming on the Mac.)

In addition, he continues to move my desktop icons around regardsless the display settings (line up on the grid and auto align) be deselected. Grrr!

I might have a Windows 7 installation disc buggy? Others have these problems? There, can anyone help?

    Dianne

By selecting Start, control PaneWindowsl, programs and features, Windows features and uncheck Windows Search, I suspect that will stop the error. In earlier versions of Windows, Windows Desktop Search (now called Search) is a stand-alone program. With Windows 7, it became a turn on / turn off the function of the operating system. My feeling is that it changes the way your problem is solved.

I would try to run the System File Checker.

    Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell

  • The 459 ordinal not found in dynamic link library

  • "the 495 ordinal not found in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll" produces 10 times every reboot

I am running MS Vista on my laptop. Recently when I start up I get the message "the 495 ordinal not found in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll" in a popup box and must cancel 10 times before I can move forward.

I thought somehow it may relate to a recent update that has been accepted for Skype on my system.  So I uninstalled Skype.  Attempts to reinstall Skype have failed.  the installed app, but I cannot arrive at a login screen.  Instead of the normal Skype window, I have just the bottom of loading in a web browser.

I found a similar one but transposed ordinal error discussed 459 in the KB and I tried following many of its steps (+ my results):

    "Method 1:

To resolve this problem in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

    a. Quit all programs that are running.

    b. Click Start and then click Run.

    c. type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK.

    d. When you receive the message "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded," click OK.

    ('DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll' received successful)

If this does not resolve the issue, repeat steps 2 through 4 for each of the following files (in step 3, replace Urlmon.dll with each of the names of files below):

    ·         Shdocvw.dll (failed)

    ·         Actxprxy.dll (failed)

    ·         Oleaut32.dll (failed)

    ·         Mshtml.dll (received no response)

    ·         Browseui.dll (failed)

    ·         Shell32.dll (managed)

    Method (step 2):

I suggest you to start in safe mode and test the question.

    Safe boot mode: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Method (step 3):

I suggest you perform a SFC Scan and check if it helps.

The tool (SFC.exe) System File Checker scans missing or system corrupted files and repairs them.

How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

First of all lets run a startup repair.

This hardware test (and other things but we want to test the equipment). To do maintenance on the database and the files used by your two frequent falls (related to how windows manages system files including Windows Update). SFC is also linked to this, so we know that certain parts are working.

After return from the logs generated.

    Hey Carol,.

It would help if you could answer these questions.

-What version of Windows is installed on the computer?
-What antivirus software do you have on the computer?
-When you get this error? It is when the computer starts for the first time?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try to get the matter sorted.

First of all, if you have Mcafee AntiVirus installed on the computer, turn it off for awhile and see if the error. McUICnt.exe is a file that is

used by Mcafee and could be the reason for the error.
Note: Antivirus should be reactivated when you have completed troubleshooting. Computer with antivirus off is: exposed to the virus.

If Mcafee is not the cause, then try to do a scan complete antivirus on the computer in safe mode with networking using the Microsoft Safety Scanner

Make sure that the computer is virus-free.

    Safe mode with networking: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Note: the steps mentioned in the link applies to Windows vista and Windows 7.

    Microsoft Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

  • "450 ordinal is not found in the dynamic link library urlmonn.dll" or something. What does that mean?

I downloaded and installed the windows 7 transformation pack and then when I removed it a few months later he repeated this message whenever I started a program.

. DLL or Dynamic Link Library files are collections of routines or function that are accessible and used by one or more programs as needed. The Ordinal Point is an entry point or address where a program can expect to find a specific routine or function. Different versions of a. DLL can have different collections of routines that is held inside and as such, addresses can vary.

It would seem that the "transformation pack" has another (e.g. updated...?) version of the urlmon.dll file and 'remove' the transformation pack made the remaniing version on your XP with problems.

You could try the reinstatement of the existing urlmon.dll. Tap on the Windows key + R or click on Start, run - paste or type in the following in the text Open run dialog box.

    regsvr32 urlmon.dll

... and click OK. If this does not resolve your problem, you can also try a full System File Check. Tap on the Windows key + R or click on Start, run - paste or type in the following in the text Open run dialog box.

    cmd

... and click OK. At the opening of the command window, type the following,

    sfc/scannow

..., and then tap on . The process will take a few minutes depending on the speed of your computer. This process' Scans integrity of system protected all files and repairs files with problems when possible ".

Please note that you mentioned a urlmonn.dll. I'm not familiar with this specific. DLL and have provided guidance for the reinstatement of the urlmon.dll instead. If the stray file is indeed urlmonn.dll please adjust the instructions accordingly.

  • The 12404 ordinal not found in the dynamic link library mfc90u.dll.

I get this error when trying to open Samsung Kies 3 after the new facility:

The 12404 ordinal not found in the dynamic link library mfc90u.dll.

This error is almost identical to the one posted here, but that the error was to 7426 ordinal and is since a couple of years.  However, I tried the recommended fix (install Visual C++ 2008 SP1) that obviously works for MANY people, but this does not change my problem.

I have re-installed and rebooted several times, and I searched my system for the dll specified could not be found:

    -C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft.VC90.mfc_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.30729.6161_none_044aad0bab1eb146 (date: 25/07/2014;) Size: 4.86 MB)

    -C:\Program Files (x 86) \Samsung\Kies3 (Date: 07/05/2014;) Size: 3.60 MB)

The first two files seem to be temporary files (dated 9/5 can come from the current installation of Visual C++).  The last two I know come with Kies 3 installation - I searched the dll both before and after the reinstallation of the product.

If Kies 3 cannot locate the dll file in the dynamic link library, perhaps I can copy the dll in that location?  If so, where is this place?

Other thoughts on how to fix this?

  • the 6848 ordinal is not found in the dynamic link library mfc90u.dll

    Hello

(I hope) a brief history of my problem:

I am running Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) on a VM (VirtualBox software) on my computer of Linux Mint.  I tried to run a program called Filemaker Pro Runtime, (name of original file FMPROR. EXE.  First of all, I get the error "the side to side configuration is incorrect" and after a few hours of internet browsing, checking the logs etc, I found that I had to install Visual C++ Runtime (x 86, 2008 version) that I found and installed.  Only concern was the page I have d/led (which was a Microsoft page) does not mention Win 7 system requirements - I have tried to find a version for Win7, but a search increase no relevant results.  So I installed the version I found, by Windows XP, Win Server and Vista (I think it may have been an old page).  This seemed to fix the side-by-side configuration error, but now I get the error:

the 6848 ordinal is not found in the dynamic link library mfc90u.dll

I tried a search on the web using the above string, but the closest results, mentioning only a .dll ordinal and various different seemed not really relevant.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me find the required information fix it, score at least me to a Web page that will help me to understand.  I'm not a geek, but I'm pretty OK with research and implementation of aid on the web, but this time, I'm confused as to how to proceed.

Thank you very much in advance for any help received

    See you soon
