  What happens when you hold the control by clicking on (but I suspect that you have Mac - if command) - I hold control while clicking on, all the panels lumetri open (or close). Not that this will solve your problem, but strange that your other options lumetri are open and will remain open, but your basic correction is closed and remains closed.   It seems that you have a collapse of the lit transformations and the layer of film is a composition. I guess the Maria Isabel.avi in the composition of Maria Isabel.avi is 2D. With collapse transformations turned on what you see is a normal behavior.

  What you want to do is just right click on the AVI of Maria in the chronology of the first and select replace with After Effects Composition. Once inside AE not pre compose layer avi, just make it 3D.

  The other option would be to open the composition of Maria Isabel.avi and make your 3D transformations there.

  Still another option would be to disable the transformations of the collapse.

  I don't know why the images of Maria Isabel.avi was previously comped. I see no cases in the screenshot that gives me a reason.
