  The 'content' of a text element contains the unformatted text, so it's curious, why you thought it works somehow...

  Hi all
  My Portege 700 is only 2 months old. I am running XP on it. When you type, email or whatever it is, the cursor jumps around previous text in the message randomly. I tried to watch what happens when this happens, but cannot determine what is the cause. This is so frustrating because I'm still typing messages and it takes me now four or five times more time to this simple task as it should.

  I also have a liquid in the middle of the screen. I took it to a repair center and they did what they could to fix under warranty, because of a problem with. I have not reversed anything on what they first suggested until they looked upwards... Anyone had this problem and what was the solution?

  I am a novice when it comes to understanding my PC so when it is not working properly... I'm totally lost.

  Looks like you hit the keyboard as you type on the laptop.
  Try disabling it touchpad with FN + F9, to plug an external mouse or disable tapping in the touchpad settings. I think this should solve the problem.

  The liquid contained in the screen must be cleaned to an ASP. I think that it of the best solution if you bring the laptop of the ASP.

• Fixed color background and image in CS5 width

  In CS5.5, when I go to File→New→Blank Page→One fixed column centered, I can't find any way of inserting a background color or a background image behind the text box, which is what I consider the page, since it is that visitors will look at.   This follows http://forums.adobe.com/thread/441217?tstart=0 but a new question.

  I am trying to create a page where several pages open in the same page.  Using Spry (and a lot of help!) I have implemented an HTML version (example here:http://www.owebtesting2.info/spry_test2.html ).  My customer's next request was for the Navigation on the left to remain fixed, but have content scroll to the bottom of the page.

  I went through Adobe Labs but could not know so Spry that allow? If she allows it, no one knows how to implement it or where I could see the docs.

  I'm trying to get a div with a paragraph of text will resize automatically when the browser window is resized.

  I've seen what happens automatically, when I had no style applied to the < div > tag, but because I have my content centered using a < div > Interior inside a container fixed-width < div >, the inner div is now fixed so despite not having a fixed width.

  You cannot have two meanings.  Your page is fixed (px or em based) or liquid (% based).

  A container fixed width parent does everything inside it fixed.

  If you want to try to work with liquid layouts, go to file > New > blank page > HTML > layouts and select one of the liquid patterns from the 3rd Panel.  Creating success.

• Failure of LCD?

  I have a HP DV6-7029WM, I bought refurbished last summer. Just noticed today some Brown staining on the edges of the screen. They are spread on a regular basis. Is this a failure of the LCD screen or Inverter or backlight problem?

  Look towards the middle of the upper part of the browser, see points of light by the Youtube icon?  It is of brown spots in these reasons around the top right and top left through bottom left of my screen, then a tiny bit at the bottom right.
