  I use Flash Media server 4.5 and I read the tutorial if I want to play the live stream, I may need to use the Live Media Encoder.

  But what I found in media encode is I manually set up everything and it only supported cameras.

  To have OUT load videos from sources of files, to be released at this stage, you need third party software like ManyCam.

  Otherwise, FMS can use source files and a playlist-like, side Publisher.

  Thus, you must request script on the server, server to play files and publish (publish side Server) to be subscribed by customers. Essentially, we ask the server to replace GFFE/encode streams published by sources to have the publishing server-read the file stream.

  Using Report Builder, you can create a playlist option where you can specify several bitrate has + v flow m3u8 url (you already know) and audio only stream m3u8 url.   My suggestion would be to use Audacity (a free audio editing application) to record the audio.  You can then change the audio stream as you seems to (for example, cut into individual pieces) and export it to a certain formats.
  I used it in the past to make an mp3 of the DVD concert album.  It works very well (if there is some time.)

  I have a video file of 4.4 GB of a recent trip.  It's on my Motion LE1700 Tablet PC to the .mpg format.  If I click on the file, the video and audio both appear.

  My problem: when I import into Movie Maker (by clicking on 'Videos' under 'Import' to the left of the screen) if I can edit and publish later, the properties end up the show as an audio file under 'source '.  It only allows me to drop - drag the file into the audio part of the timeline, and I can't see the video when I play (I can hear the audio).

  What I am doing wrong?

  Movie Maker has problems of compatibility with the MPEG files...
  It may be interesting to try to convert the MPEG for the WMV file
  format before you import into Movie Maker.

  So I had to update to PPCC 2015 after 2014 CEP kept crashing on me while I just changed.  After having reopened the project and the program telling me to convert everything on the new 2015 PPCC, I didn't think it was a big deal.

  Well now, the old version of my project can still play all the videos, and the editing I've done, but when I try to drag in a new video to continue editing, only audio files will come in the timeline. The video will play in the window of the fine source drive, but try to get the actual image of the video in the timeline, will not be displayed.

  It makes me crazy!

  What should I do?

  It was activated at the same time. I closed my projects and rebooted my computer to see if that would do anything and now it works as usual. Thanks for your help anyway!

  A 'film' DVD is designed to read a movie... a mixture of video and audio

  Make sure the path that contains the clip you want is concerned; This means clicking the Audio buttons in the headers of the track.   My apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately, for the OS versions on the market to date, support for media playback on the Simulator is very limited. This is mainly due to problems of codecs required license. There is a support very limited no playback video and audio (uncompressed audio files in the WAV only). In later versions of OS Simulator, we might have the software decoding - if that happens, your use case would be satisfied then.
