• Flow layout grid and items guides have suddenly disappeared

  I'm working in Dreamweaver CM³ and try to build a fluid grid from scratch.  Everything works fine for a while, then I noticed that suddenly all the grid guides are gone, the icon (next to the 'Live' button) allows me to enable / disable fluid guides grid disappeared and when I try to insert a new div tag... (in the "gridContainer clearfix" tag), the dialog box that opens has not the option "Insert as element fluid." Even when I click in a div on my page, the usual options that surround the div are gone as well. It of as if Dreamweaver does not recognize the page as a checkerboard to fluid, but when I saw the HTML, it is still sensitive and looks like she's supposed to.

  Anyone know what could have changed which could cause this?

  I even called Adobe and the tech support guy told me that they are not trained in CSS and could not help me. I think that Adobe would be familiar with CSS... right?

• the office, links in the menu start, documents and records HAVE SUDDENLY DISAPPEARED!

  something has went seriously wrong on this dell inspirion laptop computer that is running windows xp. a second all is fine and things are as they are usually... the next ssecond office is empty all of a sudden, the only thing that is listed in the start menu is a link to internet explore and files, etc. of My Documents (umong all other institutions) are EMPTY! I tried to run a system restore, but happening wuldnt page "confirm the restore point. then all of a sudden I started to receive alerts for something like disk space is low or something like that, and that there was "failure of hard drive" and the other along these same lines... WHAT THE * HAPPENED AND WHAT THE * SHOULD I DO TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM? * !! Please oh please that there is somebody there who can help me to understand this! because I'm totally baffled!

• Google and Wikipedia and possibly other search engines, have suddenly disappeared as a choice in the search bar

  I'm fairly certain that Google has always been my default search engine when you search using the address bar, but it has been switched to Yahoo Search.

  I tried to follow the suggestion to open the box to "Manage search engines" and clicking on the button "Restore default settings", but the button is grey and inactive. I then installed the SearchReset 0.2 Add on, which had another solution found in the recommended Firefox Help. This changed my homepage on the default setting and deleted Yahoo as search engine when you use the address bar (even if the research is now not possible at all here), but it has not reset the search somehow bar, and Google and Wikipedia are not always listed as a choice. Also, search Reset didn't uninstall properly said, as he is still listed as an add-on, even if the description on the homepage SearchReset says that this will happen automatically.

  I mention also that, at the same time, the search bar, difficulties began, the 2.2.2 ForecastFox add-on has stopped working and has disappeared from the status bar, but I was able to restore by disabling everything first and then allowing him once again.   All of a sudden all my search engines by default FireFox search missing. Sweet Im has been replaced... The fix for me was quite simply after a search for hours for many who did not.

  I went to C: program Files\MozillaFirefox... I noticed there are two folders that says SearchPlugins, which was empty, and Searchplugins (2) which contains all of the default values, Google, Yahoo etc. I copied these Searchplugins (2) of and stuck looking for Plugins and the problem resolved.

• Icons/apps blackBerry Smartphones have suddenly disappeared from my BB 8900 Curve

  I have a BB 8900 Curve and it works very well up until now. Some applications/icons have disappeared from my phone and I have not changed anything. So now my icon for textmessaging disappeared, as the BBmessager and the profiles icon that indicates if you want the phone to ring/quiet.

  I did hide them in the menu.

• some of my folders have suddenly disappeared in firefox, but they are always there when I connect via the provider. Where did go and how do I get back them?

  I use windows 10 and thunderbird 45.4.0. Today, I noticed that some (more content) files are listed is no longer in the directory tree.

  Select the account, right-click, select new query and

  1. Make sure you have these files listed
  2. that the corresponding checkboxes are checked

  If you do not see them here, I'd watch the webmail portal and make sure that these files are selected for synchronization.

  I also watch 'Synchronization and storage' in the account in Thunderbird settings and make sure that all the options are wise adjustments.

• Dreamweaver CS5 "Live View" makes all of a sudden take several minutes to render. How to solve?

• Text fields show only not in Design or in Live View mode

  Hi all

  I ran into a problem when trying to create a simple through Dreamweaver CS6 contact form.  I have two text fields for the name & Email and 1 text box for comments.  The question that I am running is that text fields are not displayed in Design or in Live view mode.  I have installed all the required variables for the server for the form to work... but that shouldn't have any effect on the demonstration of text field...  I tried to download my contact page with the same result of no list of text fields...

  What is really laughable, it is that the "text box", that I placed in my form for comments appears in Design mode & Live very well.  I think I'm missing something, but don't know what exactly.  The form is rendered by CSS.

  There are other variables that I should think in the rest of my site?  I use a checkerboard to fluid.  I have CSS for office, Tablet and phone devices.  I also have a primary CSS file that imports all three.  Structure sites was conducted through the use of < header >, < article >, < footer > and of course the < div > tags.

  Has anyone already has the "text fields" does not come before? Is this a simple fix like reinstalling Dreamweaver CS6?  Finally, another thing I should mention is that I had a previous version of Dreamweaver on my computer, which was of CS3.  I have do not uninstall before installing the latest version.  I assumed (and I could be wrong here) that it would automatically replace the old version.

  I apoligize for what it is long-winded, but I am looking for help on this issue...

  Take the code you have posted and insert it into a new document in Dreamweaver as it is, record and watch. The fields on the form show? If they do there is something else in your code or the css that is responsible does not appear in this case, we would need to see the entire page and css.

  For me the code in design mode and live mode view shows your form fields.

• CS5 Live View does not display styles

  I use CS5 on a Macintosh, you try to use the live view.

  I have been all over the forums, but have not found a solution. This all started when I tried to use exercise files. I can see the file correctly in Design or split mode.

  As soon as I click on Live View, the page seems to lose the link to the css file.

  The exercise files are straight html. I have defined a site on my desktop. The link to the style sheet is based on the document. The page is displayed in a browser perfectly, even in outside "Preview of Dreamweaver in the browser", which means that I can use a browser to simply open the file and styles renders.

  It's just this Live View which seems to not find or not display any style at all. I don't see that I have to ICT or Miss some preference or any menu item.

  Of course, this is not terribly critical right now, but for me to take advantage of the features of Live View, I certainly would want to control what I see.

  I'm grateful for any help.

• Images of sliding doors CSS does not display mode live view

  Background images are in the design view, however, when I go to live view and mode web the origins disappear. The button keeps all other formatting. Must be an error in my css, so I hope that it is... haha. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  Now, I see something obvious.  You used REVERSE slashes in the path to the images.  There is NO backslashes on the web.  They should be oblique.

• How can I prevent the display of the grey turn Code when I select Live view mode?

  It seems to me that you use Design mode in your previous version.

  The editor in Live mode is new to DWCC2014 and later, if you were using an earlier version, and by clicking on the elements in Live View mode, he would have acted like you were clicking on these items in a browser, there is no way to change using Live View before CC2014. • space between div in Firefox &amp; mode live view

  I created a page using css for page layout. I have four containers of main div named "header_main, horz_main, body_main and footer_main." Each of these main div/containers have another div nested in them.
