  You said that you load into a sibling ApplicationDomain.  Why do you need to do this?  If you load a child ApplicationDomain it should work.

  After that I removed all the namespaces all the files and all the following stuff, I managed to load it via Desktop Manager. I'm a little surprised that the removal of the namespaces in files solved the problem.
