Loading of objects and dragging objects to create new instances

Hello everyone

I would be really grateful for the help to the next question. I want to create a flash movie that loads first a selection of images/objects into a part of the frame. Once this is completed, the user can then move these objects on a different domain, and the object will be created when the user has chosen. The user can then move another instance of objects on the area.

For example, he has a background of a lake in a field. A selection of boats png are loaded in a box beneath the Lake. The user can drag these boats and place them on the Lake. They can drag a boat several times if they wish.

You are probably better to address this step/one phase at a time.  First of all you need to do is decide how you want to store these pieces.  If they will not fileweight charges, probably have them as objects movieclip in the library.

To dynamically load the Library objects, you use the attachMovie function.  So for starters you want to assign to each of these objects a link via a right click ID in the library.  So, when your file opens, you'll have a function that manages to put one of each item in a specific location.

To drag items you use startDrag() when a mousedown event occurs with an object.  And a mouseup event occurs when use you stopDrag() to remove the object.  If you drag the object to an acceptable landing place (the lake or on the scene in general, and not off the stage), which you can view by using the property dropTarget, then you have a new of this particular item added from the library.  If the dropTarget is not acceptable, then you might have the room returned to where he started from (what you store in the room when planted).

It's about the basic scenario of what you need to use to accomplish what you have described.

For which version of actionscript you plan to use, you should look in the help documents for the function/methods and properties that have been listed for a start to determine how to use them.  Google is a very useful tool as well if provide you enough information at on the info you really want.  I used to search google from the actionscript version, I use, followed by some keyterms apply to what I want to find, for example: "AS3 startDrag.

    This is another that I think I know the answer to, but I think that it is better to confirm.

    In earlier versions, it was not possible to create instances of entity within Office RuleBurst/Haley rules. Is this always the case in the OPA?

    Hello Terry,

    Michael is correct that you can not write rules at design allowing to dynamically create instances of the entity during execution time. However, new features of alleged of v10 relations might deal with what you're trying to do.

    You can write rules that conclude the accession of an inferred relationship. So you might still have, say, 10 cases of "reason" in all cases, but as for which of these instances apply in all cases, it depends on the details of the case. You can use a relationship inferred from gather up the entity instances that apply in this case.

    First, you must set up a regular one-to-many relationship to instantiate 10 instances during execution - this would be in the usual way. Then, you must also set up an inferred relationship and write rules for the relationship inferred members concluded. Instances that are part of the inferred relationship are then actually the list of entity instances you wanted to create in your example above.

  • Paste the object automatically creates NEW layer - EVERY TIME

    I am a person very knowledgeable Photoshop/InDesign and Illustrator. I paste the pictures on the net in my doc of Illustrator, but when I do each time that it will either create a new layer, place the object in this layer and from there on after all new objects in this new layer even places. Only happens when I am pasting from somewhere outside of the Illustrator. Please help because it's put a damper on my work because now I have to remember to take all pasted objects on a certain layer... I use 9 layers.

    In the layer panel menu, uncheck "paste remembers layers".

  • Since I downloaded El Capitan I think I can't paste it into my external hard drive.  I use to download my card reader, copy it, and then download to a new folder on the external drive.  It will not work now and nor can I create new folders on the hard dr

    I used to download pictures from a card reader, copy them, and then stick it on my external hard drive.  Since El Capitan of download, it does not work - I can download and copy, but can not stick to the external hard drive.  I can't set up the files on the external hard drive either.  However, I can download what is already on the external hard drive without any problem.

  • I click and drag the music from my library to a new playlist and some songs are dark and will not play on my device.  Why?

    I click and drag the music a new reading list, but some songs are not highlighted in the play list and will not play on my device.  Why?

    Try two things...

    (1) the songs greyed out can be unchecked. Uncheck the songs are normally excluded from track to track synchronization and normal. With the help of the songs or the list view Ctrl + click on an empty box to check all the boxes in the list of active reading.

    (2) try to go to file > library > Update music library to iCloud and do the update.

  • Dragging files in a new item, separate tracks

    Hello everyone.

    I have a video and 4 Audio Clips, if I select all the and drag them into the new item, stay audio in a track. What I like to do is: I want to be able to drag all of the files in new element, so all the Audio is still in separate Tracks.for if I have 10 Audio files I want to have 10 Audio tracks rather than each of them next to each other. I can create new tracks and drag and drop each Audio file in manually separate titles. But I wonder if there is a shortcut for this

  • 21 of Firefox running on Windows 7 will not allow creating new bookmarks

    I just installed Firefox 21 on a PC running Windows 7. I can't go to the 'About' screen, and Firefox won't create new bookmarks. Or by clicking on the star in the browser or right click on the menu drop-down window works.

    I might add that whenever Firefox installed a new version after version 19, such a problem appeared. What gives?

    Note that problems with bookmarks and history does not properly can be caused by a corrupted database places.sqlite file.

    To create a new project, simply click "Create New" according to the projects:

    • In view of projects, click on create new, and then click the movie.

      If you edit a project, click on the back button of projects on the left side of the toolbar (see below) and then click on create new.

      If you have more than one library to open iMovie, click on the context menu of the library and select the library where you want the movie to reside.

    To create accounts on ESX hosts, point your VIC to the ESX host directly.  I did so the hosts are in a cluster for DRS/HA configuration, I just don't make any other change except user accounts.

    After you have connected to the host, click the host itself and one of the tabs on the right is 'Users and groups' - you can create new users on host it.

  • Click and drag the shape tool creates multiple instances (w / photos)

    When I click on and drag a shape tool, illustartor creates multiple instances of the object, such as a card when you earn solitare.

    No idea what could cause this?

    Is your tilde ~ key down, or you have any plug ins installed that may be corrupt you system?

    Maleware scanned and virus, also in safe mode, found no infection, reinstalled driver fingerprint, but nothing has changed.

    Make sure that your model has been workflowed to a status with the tag 'publishing model then "you will be able to search when you create the object.

    How to import a 3D object, I created in Photoshop CC AE cc? I thought that if I created a picture or video with a single creative cloud product, I should be able to work with it in another product CC.

    It is not possible. This feature was formerly in CS4 and CS5, but has since been removed because it was buggy and had a ton of technical problems. Your best bet would be to export the PS as an OBJ object and import into C4D Lite via Cineware.
