  small Question... What version you use.  the latest Patch is now universal data adapter that allows for a direct import of the tables and views without the need to use the Interface open to scene data table

  If you're not on current patch.100 then you should look at the data types for the OpenInterface table... you can see the number.  I guess it's the column YEAR or PERIOD_NUM giving you seizures

  If you run your code in Eclipse before you deploy I'd print our your insertStmt SQL and then try to run in SQLDeveloper.

  In addition to questions asked ahaap, what browser you are using (name and version)?  Where is the downloaded file (in your folder on your desktop or downloaded files or where)?  What kind of file is it (the file type - 3 or 4 digits after the point in the name of the file)?  And, once more, please provide the FULL error message and EXACT Word for Word, including all codes.  What exactly did you download and what Web site (Please provide the URL, so I can check myself)?

  Try right-clicking on the file, and then click 'run as administrator' to see if that helps.   Even if logged in as an administrator, I have seen this work for some stubborn programs and that he know of cases where this is pretty much the only way to get the installation works.

  If you do not, you might want to see if it can be disabled at startup:

  2. type MSConfig in the box, and then click OK.

  Resolution important note: not download the DLL d3dx9_42.dll individually from any "DLL download site. There are a number of excellent reasons that download dll of these sites is never a good idea.

  Note: If you have already downloaded d3dx9_42.dll from one of these sites to download DLL, remove it from everywhere where put you it and continue with the following steps.

  1. Restart your computer if you have not already done.

     D3dx9_42.dll error could be a stroke of luck and a simple restart could clear up completely.

  2. Install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. Chances are, the upgrade to the latest version of DirectX will fix the d3dx9_42.dll not found error.

     Note: Microsoft frequently publishes updates of DirectX without updating the version number or letter, so don't forget to install the latest version even if your version is technically identical.

  You do not mention why this update has failed.

  1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button, all programs and then click Windows Update.
  2. In the left pane, click view update history.

  3. Find an update for Windows that has failed to install, and then double-click the update to view more information.
     Updates that have failed to install will display failed under status, next to the name of update.
  4. In the Windows Update dialog box, next to the details of the error, review the error code for the update has failed.
