  When Show Advanced Tools is selected in the Advanced preferences pane, you can freeze one track, reducing the computing power required to read the title. A reduced freezing track usage of the CPU than a track high-resolution audio without effects plug-ins, regardless of the number or complexity of plug-ins actually used on the track. Freezing is especially useful for software instrument tracks and audio tracks that use complex effects. Freezing is not available for software instruments several outputs.

  It is a user to user forum, not a team of Apple Support forum. In any event, it sounds like a problem of Parallels as it is unlikely that multiple versions of the operating system have defective or damaged kernel extensions.

  For what it's worth, I use Parallels 11 without problem on macOS Sierra to access Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP64, Windows 7 and Windows 10 of virtual machines. I think you should go back to parallels Support. I've avoided Parallels 12 because of all the problems users are reporting

  I am a subscriber of Apple's music.  Years, tore up a number of audio books to a CD in iTunes.  I can't find a way to load these on my iPhone for some reason any...  I tried the following until now:

  1. Add audio books in a playlist folder and try to sync in iTunes.  In iOS 10 audio books actually do not appear in the smart playlist.

  2 use the iBooks app in Sierra and synchronization here live.  But my books don't sync from there either.
