  If you allowed anyone remote access to your computer (and you're talking about a computer since you mentioned iOS which is the OS for iDevices; computers run on Mac OS X), while no one knows what they were able to install. Assume the worst and:

  Notify your credit card company / bank of potential fraud

  Change your bank accounts and report your fly/fraud credit card

  Change all of your passwords

  And, finally, erase your entire hard drive and reinstall the OS from scratch using recovery or your original installation disks.

  I have some old MS programs that have served me well.  I have no need to update and learn new applications each year for my home use.  I installed Office 97 under Windows 8... actually I don't need Word 97 and Excel 97 for my use domestic.  These 2 programs worked well after that that they were installed.  I went back later to reuse them, and they have been completely removed from my computer.  Other than for Member States to make more new money software to sales, I see no reason why my old programs should disappear like that.  I had other programs disappear in the same way. and it's very annoying!  How can I stop my programs disappear?
