  Although I wouldn't normally recommend this method you can try to install the Windows XP drivers for other models L300D laptop. If these do not work, then contact your dealer or support of Toshiba and ask them if they know that if all Windows XP drivers will be provided in the future for your computer model. your laptop seems to be a new model, so maybe it's a matter of waiting a few months for that to happen. I suggest you check the drivers on all driver Toshiba USA, Toshiba Canada and Toshiba Europe sites.

  I'm trying to fix a friends Toshiba. The hard drive crashed and there is no restore cd. Have put a new hard drive in the computer and installed Vista x 64 own Vista DVD with no trick of Toshiba on this subject. everything is going well except the ethernet and WLAN drivers that are missing / not working do not.
  I can't go online with computer and find the drivers automatically, and I can't find the drivers for Vista x 64 on the Toshiba homepage.

• Lost drivers for Satellite Pro L10 etc - where to get the software?

  I had to reinstall windows xp on my Satellite Pro and have managed to install drivers etc for evrything but the WiFi. Device Manager displays an error of the pilot against Ethernet controller and although the Wifi light is on it does not appear anywhere even in the taskbar.

  Where and what software do I need to download it please?

  Please check you card making WLan. Especially the Wlan type has been mentioned on the label at the bottom of the unit.

  I checked Toshiba European page and actually, XP drivers aren't out yet for this series of laptop why? Who knows.

  But I found XP drivers for other L300D series.
  In many cases, laptops are equipped with the same features so maybe you should try some drivers XP singles out another model and it should test in my view there s no doubt worth a try!

  A little history: I recently bought a version of Win7 to a Z930 in Auckland from PB Tech shop. I've updated to a clean version of Win8 64-bit. My Win8 seems works ok but I noticed something strange in the Toshiba PC Health Monitor - apparently the Toshiba HDD/SSD Alert is not installed, so I don't understand not his iconic display in the health monitor (but the health monitor think my SSD is in "Good" shape - maybe it's reading the INTELLIGENT of my SSD interface, or maybe it's just saying 'Good' because the integrity monitor is apparently able to operate?)

  I can easily find different versions of the Toshiba HDD/SSD Alert Utility in questionable Web sites - download, but I really prefer to get my Toshiba support drivers. Which leads to my question:

  Where can I get the right drivers for PT23LA-01 009? NZ nor the webarea to Toshiba support have this model in their menus. The closest match seems to be

  The M70 Sat is an oldie, so it seems that the drivers for the old machines are in the area of the Archive page of the driver.
