  I use a laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate operating system.  I have a virtual xp running to run my Oklahoma embroidery Mini Magic Box elite.  Everything was good with this set until I had problems with laptop and had to restore it to factory settings.  Then, I downloaded my magic box software and has managed to exploit the box for 10 days before she was to be "saved."  The company sells or services the magic box, and I could not run the box after 10 days.  I find the windows.old file, but I have no idea how I would find the activation code to run on the new windows system box.  OESD was of no help.  I spent many hours trying to figure out a work around for this problem.  Does anyone know of a way to stop the requirement to register when you can save is more because the company is no longer allowing records?  Very frustrating to say the least.  TIA for any help.

  So I recently bought my old Cousins computer game. He decided to do a reinstall of windows 7 Ultimate for me if I could install programs I wanted to, but he had lost the cd shirt (who had the top activation code) in the process.

  All computer parts were purchased for reputable sorces, and none of the programs on the pc were pirated in form in any way.

  I have the teacher / suite Adobe student and have the alphanumeric code that came on the box I bought but have lost the series when code I installed it 3 years ago (that you can get when verify you that you are a student / teacher.)

  Chat support staff seems to be of any help. I spent 20 minutes speaking to a person called Reena on how I needed a replacement code or a reminder of the former, and then at the end of the conversation, she asked me "so that you have your serial code!"-it seems that she lives on another planet.

  NB if it's a preinstalled version that you have never reinstalled these utilities will reveal probably only the origonal volume license key, which is no help to reinstall.

  If you have lost the cd, a version pre-installed, you must obtain a replacement of the PC machine, you probably out of luck.

  I had a problem with my window 7 do not allow me to do live updates. Supprt Tech guided me through the steps necessary when requiring eventually get a difficult access remotely guided. The tech assured me that since I don't have the activation code for my Windows 7 ultimate that it provide me on. That I would be prompted to enter one after recovery and the restoration was complete.
