Lower left corner of Windows 8 is unable to right click

One of my computers in domain are now using windows 8 and he has this bizarre situation
I logged in using my domain account, and somehow I can't right click on the lower left corner, where it should come out a few menus like Run, Control Panel, etc.

. Only local accounts are able to right click on the lower left corner. Now I'm curious to know about it and can not find an answer to the internet (or), any solution?

Oh, and he repeats to me I am connected using a temporary account, but if I use the account in windows 7 (different computer), it works fine. Both the account also works very well under windows XP. Is it true that I can not use the full functionality of windows 8 (including the lower left right click) when I logged in using the temporary account?

Another weird condition, I found in HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/Current Version/ProfileList somehow the only administrator account has its preserved touch. Other account get wiped immediately after it disconnects (I wonder if it is because it is recognized as a temporary account? but on windows 7 even if it is a temporary account, the registry will keep the key). This also happen in C:/Users of the temporary accounts in windows 7 it will get stored profile, but in windows 8, they will remove it.

Hi Kioels,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are unable to do a right click on the lower left corner when you are logged in using the domain user account and you can right click if you connect using the Local user account.
