  Thank you very much for the work you've put into this.  I made the change you suggested making the subkeywords under 'schwartz' to be {name schwartz}.  I don't know who has contributed something, but I think that there are more immediate problem which is mucked up.  As well as the fact that I have several catalogs that I don't know how they were created, I think that the best thing would be to merge all the catalogs into one (it is better to have a single catalog, right?) and delete all the keywords from scratch.

  Here's a code from a different point of view, that may be what you are looking for:

  var classRef: Class = getDefinitionByName (dynamicClassName) in class;
  var img:MovieClip = new classRef();

  It still requires that objects with the ID of the class defined in the library... it's the only way to get the content library in.

• How to share the library with multiple users?

  I have a Mac Pro 2008.  I have four internal hard drives.  One of them is an SSD that is my boot drive.  I have another internal drive that houses my music and movies (2 TB).

  I have four different connections - mine (admin), my wife, my son, my daughter.

  How can I share music on (2 TB) library with other users?  I read to the music folder (shared) - however since the 2 TB is not a boot disc, there is no shared folder.

  You try to share an iTunes library, or the drive contains just music files.

  Other users can see the drive, or simply don't have access to the records.

  Have you applied the patch? You may have replaced the __init__.py file in the directory c:\view-python-apis\mfw instead of c:\view-python-apis\mfw\channel directory? You can take the original packaging of the instillation file and replace that?

  The navhelp_btn is located on the main stage and the film of navhelp is located in the library and gets loaded to an emty the onstage mc main holder_mc.

  
  I want to close the navhelp film with a close button that I created and is housed in the navhelp film.

I know that I could copy the code of the new element of the library in the former, but I would have preferred to keep the old file even.   Then rename the exact file that former name did the new library item.

  I like a wave form and I need to divide the curve so that it consists of three segments, each segment starting at the value of a peak and ending to the next using loops and berries.  I also need to combine in a 2D array and draw the waveforms.

  Anyone tried connection shared in Smart View 11.1.2.1? I am able to connect to, but it doesn't show all the servers in the non editable drop-down list. I tried with Office 2003 sp3, Office 2007 and office 2010, but none of them works. Also, I tried to find the datasourse.xml file in LWS - aps in the console of shared services, but is not there. I tried the solution given on that link also, but the datasourse.xml file is not in place.

  I found the problem and solved it...

  Cause:
  SmartView is unable to save properly with all other components.

  Solution:
  After the installation of a SmartView, run the Configuration utility and select Foundation-> Web Configuration record properly with all other components.

  I'm having trobules connection Smart View to make ad hoc analyses, but perfectly I could establish a connection with planning and navigate web forms in Excel.
  
  The address that I use to connect to Essbase is: http:// < server >: 19000/aps/SmartView and planning url is http:// < server >: 19000/HyperionPlanning/SmartView
  
  I have already used these URLS in another server with the version 11.1.2 but now that I'm trying to connect to a server with v11.1.1.3 I can't. Whenever I connect to planning to see forms a prompt appears with the message saying that "I connect to a server with an earlier version" but I could work perfectly with the forms. When I connect to essbase, I can see the apps but I can't just do any analysis adhoc.

  SmartView 11.1.2 is not compatible with Essbase 11.1.1.3.

  If you just want to immediately change the positions of the bodies, then using a for loop works fine, you just use the notation of support [] to have the strings to be interpreted as the name of the instances...
