LR Mobile change color from RAW file

This is for LR Mobile 2.41 on iOS.

I have RAW files (Olympus OM - D E - M1) that synchronizes with Mobile LR LR.

In the grid view or in a single image view my cameras they have thin air - until I tap three fingers or just the export of film or any other application.

Then the colors get severely shifted.

Here is the JPEG version:

image.png

And here is the smart overview of the RAW file after that three fingers tap:

image.png

A plus, even more serious, JPEG:

image.png

And intelligent preview of RAW file after tapping three fingers:

image.png

I think that this can legitimately be called inacceptible. If these images are exported, the effect is the same.

I also tried with the other cameras (Nikon) RAW files and the effect is similar.

Someone else can check it out? It happens to me, my iPad 2 Air as long as my iPhone 6.

Looks like I found the problem:

In fact, this IS the profile of the camera.

If I put the camera profile to Adobe Standard in Lightroom on the desktop, then the colors are identical to tap three fingers or export in LR Mobile.

This means that LR Mobile in its current state of course respect or apply other than Adobe Standard camera profiles.

The question is what is seen Adobe on this? Many people use the camera profiles in LR but LR Mobile ignorant makes them real synchronized hard work.

I hope that this issue will be resolved soon!

  • What additional features are available for the raw files?

    When I'm working on the raw files in lightroom, I notice nothing else I can do with them that I can't do with JPEG files.  With the JPEG files I can adjust the balance of whites and pretty much everything.  When you work on a raw image, I see no difference in what I can do.  However, the controls are there.  So, what is the difference?  Thank you for your help.

    From a functional point of view, the RAW files are usually rather larger than JPEG files, but can be a joy to work with the help of Adobe's Camera Raw (the engine which results in Ps and Lr modifiable RAW).

    A few points:

    1. all JPEG images (from RAW files) are compressed down to a depth of 8 bits, so, technically, we don't work with almost as many possible colors as for RAW formats (which are the property of the manufacturer of the device). »

    2. According to what you read, you may fall on the apocryphal information that says "your camera does no change for RAW images that capture." It's not exactly the case: all the cameras 'interpret' the 'Photonics' image data entering the CMOS sensor from behind a table of Bayer (in general). Depending on which filter through the matrix Bayer, that a photon passes through, the camera interprets the electronic data from the CMOS as red, green or blue light. There are several other "interpretations" as well.

    3. on these two points: http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/understanding-series/u-raw-files.shtml

    4. I found that with my digital SLR 'starter', (sad, sad) 10Mpx files aren't as pleasant to work with, say, my T3i 18Mpx files. So beware, if you have a camera Mpx lowest, you won't see much change with each increase in "Blacks" for example (or 'contrast', 'fill light' or 'brightness') than you will with a model more great.

    But, working with RAW images, these other reasons and is better than to work with JPEG images. Link to this post Forums Adobe to learn more: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2690352

  • It is impossible to edit a RAW file in Photoshop?

    I needed to edit an image using the tool clone in Photoshop and opens the file RAW from Lightroom to Photoshop to make the change. When I saved the image it registered as 'filename - Edit.tif' next to the RAW file. I added this image to my catalog so I could keep track of it.

    I wanted to really do was make the change to the RAW file and record by overwriting the old file RAW.

    I think that maybe it's not possible.

    Could you be there someone here tell me why the RAW file could not be modified in Photoshop. Is to ensure that the RAW file will remain original, with only changes that appear in the file of .xmp sidecar? It's beautiful and good, but just dream to ensure that it is the only way that this is possible and that the changes in Photoshop will give a new separate file to save.

    Thank you

    Ken

    I wanted to really do was make the change to the RAW file and record by overwriting the old file RAW.

    It is indeed as you found impossible.

    Could you be there someone here tell me why the RAW file could not be modified in Photoshop.

    The reason is that the RAW file is a file mosaicked with data from sensor directly to each pixel. Two of the four pixels usually have a Green filter, while 1 out of four have a red and another 1 to 4 a green pixel. The data is usually stored with 12 or 14 bits of precision for each pixel. All this is inherently incompatible with the model of pixel in a program like Photoshop. To change these files in Photoshop, you have to Demosaic three-channel RGB data complete, making them in some color space, gamma correct them, sharpness, etc. That's what ACR and Lightroom for you. If you cannot change the underlying data using Photoshop. If edit you in Photoshop, you will always create a new file.

    PS you may have noticed that edit in Photoshop creates a much larger than the original RAW format tif file. It is because of the patchwork of Bayer. You have a 12 megapixel. When shooting RAW 12 bit, this will result in a 18 MB uncompressed dataset (12MP * 12-bit /(8bits/byte) = 18 MB). Saved compressed losslesly and including a jpeg preview that gets you about 12 MB of a typical RAW file of this camera. When you return this to a 16-bit tiff file, you suddenly a full 3 x 16 = 48 bits per pixel! If this translates into a 72 MB uncompressed tiff file which probably compress to about 50% of that. More than 3 times larger than the original RAW format!

  • Changing colors of the themes

    Hi all

    What is the best way to go to change the colors of the themes? For example, I like models etc. 7 Blue modern theme, but how/where would change color from blue to yellow for example? Edit the CSS for each referenced page? It's pretty simple to do, or is it better to leave it to the CSS experts?

    Thank you

    The colors are defined in the CSS files. They are found in the directory images/themes on the webserver/listener Apex. (I don't know how to change these if XE or 11 G).
    Some themes are also use images. So if you change a color in CSS you must also create a new image with the corresponding color.

  • changing colors of text on buttons event

    I guess that I don't always get the hang of it...

    When I run this code... everything is good and everything is read from the file trees.txt

    var myLoader:URLLoader = new URLLoader()

    myLoader.dataFormat = pouvez

    myLoader.load (new URLRequest ("trees.txt"))

    myLoader.addEventListener (Event.COMPLETE, onDataLoad)

    function onDataLoad(evt:Event) {}

    for (var i: uint = 0; i < evt.target.data.cant; i ++) {}

    This ["tcname_" + i] .text = evt.target.data ["tcname_" + i]

    }

    }

    now what I'm trying to do, and I'm almost certain I'm going the wrong way, is to add bearing a button what is the text the text changes color from black to red.

    sense... If I button_0 of bearing the text of tcname_0 with change to red and if I text button_1 reversal in tcname_1 would change... and so on.

    so, here is what I did:

    var myLoader:URLLoader = new URLLoader()

    myLoader.dataFormat = pouvez

    myLoader.load (new URLRequest ("trees.txt"))

    myLoader.addEventListener (Event.COMPLETE, onDataLoad)

    function onDataLoad(evt:Event) {}

    for (var i: uint = 0; i < evt.target.data.cant; i ++) {}

    This ["tcname_" + i] .text = evt.target.data ["tcname_" + i]

    These two lines already cause a problem I do not know what exactly

    but once I have add this loop are going only once, so I don't tcname_0 to read the text file

    This ["button_" + i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.ROLL_OVER, buttonover);

    This ["button_" + i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.ROLL_OUT, buttonout);

    }

    }

    function buttonover(e:Event) {}

    buttonover2 (tcname_2, e)

    }

    function buttonover2 (msg: *, evt :*){/ / didn't know what to give... msg I tried the String, but it's obviously false.)

    msg.textColor = 0xFF0000

    }

    function buttonout(e:Event) {}

    buttonout2 (tcname_2, e)

    }

    function buttonout2 (msg: *, evt :*){)

    msg.textColor = 0 x 000000

    }

    My question:

    1 - Why cause the two lines in the loop to break?

    This ["button_" + i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.ROLL_OVER, buttonover);

    This ["button_" + i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.ROLL_OUT, buttonout);

    2. If the loop works and does not break, I have a problem how to spend exactly the name of the text field that should be changed. for now, I'm hard it coding as tcname_2 to see if it still works

    but I would like that it somehow pass the button_x (x being the number) and that x allows you to change the text corrosponding IE (tcname_x)... Is it still feasible?

    I really apriciate help, you guys give amatures like me

    Layth

    No, it isn't the only way.  Here's another:

    var myLoader:URLLoader = new URLLoader()

    myLoader.dataFormat = pouvez

    myLoader.load (new URLRequest ("trees.txt"))

    myLoader.addEventListener (Event.COMPLETE, onDataLoad)

    function onDataLoad(evt:Event) {}

    for (var i: uint = 0; i

    This ["tcname_" + i] .text = evt.target.data ["tcname_" + i]

    This ["button_" + i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.ROLL_OVER, buttonover);

    This ["button_" + i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.ROLL_OUT, buttonout);

    }

    }

    function buttonover(e:Event) {}

    var tf:TextField = TextField (this ["tcname_" + e.currentTarget.name.split ("_") [1]]);

    tf.textColor = 0xff0000;

    }

    function buttonout(e:Event) {}

    var tf:TextField = TextField (this ["tcname_" + e.currentTarget.name.split ("_") [1]]);

    tf.textColor = 0 x 000000;

  • Format of RAW file on partition D

    I have 4 partition on a hard drive.

    > 1 for system Windows 8

    > 1 for data

    > 1 for the multimedia

    > 1 for others

    Everything was fine, but today 1 partition (with lots of data) has been changed to the RAW file format,.

    I am tempted to use a recovery Partition but failed to access.

    Any suggestion for problem below?

    Hi Dian,

    Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

    Raw partitions are disk partitions that have not been formatted with a Windows, such as FAT, FAT32, and NTFS file system. RAW means generally that the drive has failed.

    I suggest you to convert your drive to NTFS.

    Please follow it below:

    1) press Windows + X key on your keyboard.

    (2) select prompt (admin).

    (3) at the command prompt, type convert D:/FS: NTFSand press to enter.

    (4) type the name of the volume to be converted and press enter. You should use the current name of the volume or the conversion are cancelled. You can view all the volumes available in the folder of your computer hard disk drives.

    Warning: Although convert it to NTFS, there is possibility of corruption or loss of data during a conversion is minimal, you should back up all data on the partition before you begin.

    You can search in your favorite search engine, looking for a third party recovery tool to recover data.

    It can be useful, we meet with the status of your question. We will be happy to help you.

  • Overview of a raw file with layers and layer styles applied in Camera Raw

    That's what I've done so far in my editing process:

    • Open RAW in Camera Raw file, made a few modifications
    • Imported as a smart object in Photoshop
    • Tinkered, removed some unwanted objects, added etc. layer styles.

    Now, I want to go back to Camera Raw and make a few changes. Double-click on the smart object and I open the RAW file in Camera Raw. Then, I would like to make some modifications to the file RAW, while being able to see any changes in applied Photoshop. So far, I had to make some changes to the RAW file, press OK, see what it looks like in Photoshop with the applied layers, go back in Camera Raw and make adjustments without knowing how she will look like in Photoshop with the changes to the RAW file.

    Is there a way to get a glimpse of this in the way I described?

    Thanks in advance!
