• Stopped Media Player library view multimedia files.

  I am running XP Pro SP3.

  The Medial Player 11, my songs and other multimedia files intercepted in the library. I cannot add them to the library and can't add new files to the library.  It is a new problem that began a few days ago. I had the media files for about a year without prior problem.

  In library view, reads the message, "there is no element in the library again, the player is looking for digital media files in the background, click here to add files to the library now."  However, nothing appears.

  If I try manually add it to the window 'library', the player search files and indicates that he found some, but none are added.

  I still have my audio and video files in their files on the C drive.  Media Player will play them fine if I double-click on them in their folder or open on the file menu in Media Player.

  I tried the following, but had no success.

  1. I tried to get Media Player to rebuild the files/databases in accordance with the instructions on the Microsoft Support Web page (Article ID: 925718"You cannot view, add, or delete items in the library of Windows Media Player 11")

  2. second attempt :--> %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft - deleted file Media Player

  3. also uninstalled / Rollback and reinstall.

  None of these answers have managed.  I don't know what else to do.

  I'm happy to and will enjoy additional ideas or an other.

• Lightroom CC (2015) continually crashes when switching from the library view to the point of view

  After you select an image in the library view, LR2015 frequently stops working when the "Develop" tab is selected. LR identifier at the top of the window, says "not responding". By pressing the "Close" button generates a Windows message "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is no answer". I am running Windows 7 64 bit, with all updates.

• iMac late 2012 edition hangs on reboot after installing Sierra

  I installed on my iMac, edition end of 2012 Sierra, and now it crashes when rebooting and turns off (black screen).

  It has worked very well since the upgrade to Sierra yesterday, but this morning I rebooted and the iMac stop at Midway through the boot process. I turned on several times, but it keep crashing to half way through the implementation process and turns off the power (Black screen and power total power off).

  I reboot in Recovery mode, (key command-R during restart) and am currently OS X via my latest TimeMachine recovery upward. According to the screen, the restoration will take about 2 hours to complete.

  If someone has encountered this problem, and if so, will identify you the cause of the problem?

  No problem on my Mac Pro 2010 but usually this kind of problem can be traced back to the 3rd install party who tries to run at startup.

  If the problem persists try to start in safe mode

  Question OR support. I am a student in re certify for the CLAD, my cert has expired a year ago and I forgot a lot too.

  I bought the student edition LabVIEW 2012 source, that I was directed to the website OR "Academic Superstore". The product has been delivered by down load. It looks like I may need to re install on another PC.  Academic Superstore wants to charge me $12.00 for down load again, this seems to be a scam, I bought the product.  Anyway I have all licenses and the product is certified with OR how can I down load 2012 LV.

• LR4 save CS6 edit in a folder separate from LR Ghost

  Ladies and gentlemen,

  If anyone has an answer to my problem, I'd appreciate it. For the record, I searched the forums here and elsewhere on the web and have found similar problems, but not quite the same thing.

  When I right click > change in CS6 see the photo shop after completing my work I click 'Save' (and not save as) the photo is saved to light room showing as a separate photo, but in a separate file in LR. In the finder file re-recorded in the same folder as the original file. The file should show as a separate image, but the file must be the same. It worked well until the last few days.

  Interestingly, if I try to drag the file into LR4 since the new folder 'ghost' originally LR acknowledges that the image is already in the same directory in the finder and will not allow the move.

  Needless to say that it's infuriating, that I can move the file in the finder, delete the record in LR and then re-import into the right folder. This work around is annoying and I'd rather be spending and to edit the next picture! Also tried a reinstall of the LR with no result.

  Someone has encountered this issue or have a solution? I would be grateful.

  You can see the "ghost" folder that is created after you click CMD-S(Save not save as). Perhaps it started after I created the folder Iphone Photos, I was unable to think of anything else in my workflow that has changed recently.

  

  Version information:

  LR 4.4 CS6 V13.0.6 X 64 Mac OSX 10.9.3

  For anyone who has the same problem I have seem to have found my own solution that has worked well.

  It was the procedure:

  1. close LR

  2 move folders in the finder to a new location

  3. open LR

  4. right click on my image folders moved, and then select the new folder location

  This seems to have solved the case singular and the most curious records Ghost!

  I am very new to Captivate and myself teaching on the fly. I watched the little available in Captivate tutorials and one mentioned that you can use the library for editing images in photoshop, and then automatically update in this slide in the Captivate project.
  
  When I open my library said edit edit with ImageReady. I tried and saved the image, but it won't let me save it as a PNG so I can't import into the library. I ended up opening the image in ImageReady, use it to send the image to PhotoShop, save is a GIF just remove the background of the slide, and then add the picture to the slide.
  
  This slide also had one click on the button with a text message to hover and a text message of failure that I had then to move to the front to show when you click on the page or hover the click button. It was a pain that I had to drive the background image, then use make before then bring the background again image and selecting all three components (click the 2 text boxes and the box) has not been easy.
  
  There must be a better way. Any ideas?

  When you right-click on an image in the library, that he opens with is often unknown. In my view, that the actual image file type determines which editor is used (assuming we have already been assign├⌐, which it can). But normally, you see "Edit with...". "as the only option you have. And once you choose that, you choose the editor desired. So even if ImageReady is already there, you should also be able to right click and choose "Edit with...". "even if she has been associated with. Then, open the image in the application of your choice.

  I've seen where once the change has been made in the other application and that you close the application and save the changes, the image is unable to automatically update in Captivate. But if it happens, it's pretty easy to image right click and choose update... from the context menu to synchronize the changes.

  It also points to something else that you should be aware. When you update the images that have been added since your hard drive, you probably think that you change only the images that are in the. CP file. But what you do really updates the image to the location where you inserted go! So if it is important that you maintain a pristine copy of the image, make sure you that you first save under a new name of file if you keep the original!

  Only if you switched off your automatic backup for the process definition.  This will prevent all the autodeploiement to perform well because it will stay in the State of Validation of the system because the form has not been registered.  You will need to open each instance and save it, or have a process that will save the contents of the form and enable the commissioning complete.

• Problems with LR4 - develop Module - Edit in CS5

  I just upgraded to LR3 4

  When I make the adjustments on a RAW or JPEG file in the develop module and then send it to PS5 for more work, not all settings appear in CS5.

  Example, I have cultivated an image and then made the settings of the local show with the "Brush" tool

  Exported to CS5 using "Photo" "change in" and the image goes to CS, but shows only the adjustment of the harvest.

  I did all the updates on CS, but it is a pain.

  When you choose "change in" it will give you a message warning you that the ACR CS5 is not compatible.  You should check 'Render in lightoom' not ' to open anyway'.  If you do not receive the message, it may because you checked that "do not notify" previously, in which case go to edition, preferences, general tab and click "reset all warnings.

  The compatibility problem will be fixed in ACR 6.7 (today in the form of "Release Candidate" pre-release which can be downloaded), but full compatibility, it will ACR7 in Photohsop CS6, when it is released.

I visited the local electronics market and is the knowledge that they have a Kingston 8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz RAM. I just want to know if it is safe to add that RAM for my MBP or not? One of my friends told me that the MBP requires a different sort of RAM so I am confused. In addition, I was intending to buy a single 8 GB and set up my MBP with 12 GB (8 + 4) RAM and then replace the other 4 GB with an 8 GB to make eventually 16GB. Will there be a problem with this approach? Also can I add any SSD fits laptops from my system? I found an SSD 240 GB (uv300) Kingston. Please suggest if I can add that.
