• My Lr5.7.1 does not recognize my printer Epson XP-760 and after customize printing in the print Module, printing options (lower right AND Main Menu > Archive > print) are disabled

  I am running Lr5.7.1 on an iMac, retina 5K (OS X Yosemite 10.10.1).) My printer (Epson XP-760) works fine with all other applications, but not with Lr! After choosing my printing preferences in the print Module, it works if I select print file and save it to the desktop and then return to preview and print from there. This is not what I want. I expect that the print button (bottom-right) should be disabled and not disabled and send to the printer directly from in the Lr print Module. It doesn't matter if the printer is turned on Wi - Fi or USB (or even both).

  What is the problem? What else can you or should I do to make it work as I hope?

  My Swedish is not good, but I think that you print on file. Did you try chaning where it says JPEG it changed printer?

  You might also on 5.7. On Lr if you go to the Help\System of information, what is the version number? If she is 5.7, you're not on 5.7.1. Yo can still update manually, go to Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1, download the dmg and install.

As you can see in the attached screenshots, I have the adjustment brush sent exposure + 4, Flow 100, density 100, and those areas where I painted (once with toothbrush and once with the brush B) is clouded, rather than reduced. Use any cursor (temp, tinted, clarity, no matter), this is the result - area I paint is obscured. I tried to quit & restart LR and it does not solve it. I use LR5.7.1 on an iMac with OS X 10.9.5.   It's the overlay that shows where you have painted. Press the letter O to activate and deactivate

• How to get a copy of the cc of the LR5 on my computer, not a trial?

  LR5 now appears in the "your apps" section of my creative cloud Panel, but I still need to use a 'trial' everytime I open lightroom... Never, I get a window asking me my id or password as I did with photoshop...

  Check if Photoshop is already enabled. If she's not bore you with a screen of the trial, whenever you start it, then it is enabled.

  I have a hard workout complete with folder other than my designated system drive to in the Preferences section of the window of creative cloud as the place where I want apps to download from. It did work with download and installation of Photoshop CC and CC of bridge, it is not a job for LR5. LR5 installed on my system (c) drive and did not provide for the possibility of sellecting any other player.

  I missed something? Is it possible to download and install LR 5 on the drive of my choice?

  However, I recently had to reinstall windows and even if I have the profile of a lens works well (Canon EF 50 mm f/1.8 VTS) - my other lens is not - I need to select each time instead of it being automatic fill.

  Can I have it please the location of the folder to save 10 home 64 bit where we want to insert the lens profiles so that they are auto populated in the lens correction Panel?

  Select the correct lens profile and then click the down arrow next to "Setup" and select 'Save new lens profile by default is'. The new lens profile should now be used automatically.

  Profile of lenses Sigma the BTW - is already included in LR 5.7. You should not need to add a lens user profile for that lens. EDIT: Sorry for both these lens profiles are included in LR 6.1.1

• LR5 development module is not working properly

  Hi all

  I have a weird phenomenon, and there may be a solution to this.

  All of a sudden (I really can't tell you what happened) the dev in LR 5 module no longer works correctly. (Installation of Windows 7)

  With an existing or a new catalog (it is not serious, tried both), when I want to edit a photo, I either do not see the image in the main window (then I restart LR) or if I see the image and want to adjust a parameter (for example opening) then I will not change.

  Where I can see the changes, it's in the little insight in the film strip (or whatever the correct term for this in the English version of LR).

  I already deleted (renamed) folder below users\username\appdata\roaming\lightroom and restarted LR, so this environment gets recreated, but the error is still there.

  However, if I use a fresh user profile, then everything works well, even if I copy the content (above mentioned lr with the presets folder and so on) broken to the new user profile.

  Although I can work with LR under a different user profile, it would be more convenient for me to use the former.

  If somehone has any idea how to solve this problem, please let me know.

  The next strange thing is: my old installation LR4 has the same mistake now.

  But I may have found the problem. An incorrect color profile in Microsoft windows color management. I ran process monitor in the background during execution of LR and recognized that LR is trying to load this profile again and again (as if it where he is stuck in a loop).

  Change the profile now and test again.

  / EDIT: it's the color of the monitor profile. LR works yet :-)

  newbie question I'm afraid.

  So that imported images from the camera, created a folder by clicking on folder parent in the destination import Panel and selecting create the folder in the menu.  Create the new folder in the pop up dialog box and he chose.  The new subfolder is not displayed in the destination Panel. The subfolder is visible in the finder and file permissions/properties are the same as the other subfolders.

  If I click on the parent folder and select Create folder, the under is displayed in the dialog box.  If I select it instead to create another subfolder, it does not always appear in the destination Panel and an another subfolder is selected.

  I understand that this doesn't work as expected. I see the same behavior. I have never imported this way so I would have never noticed it.

  To the contrary, why not select the parent folder, check the box that says "in the subfolder:" and enter a new folder name it? It bypasses the folder OS create the dialog box that appears to have you hang up.

• LR5 is automatically applying changes to the file (exhibition, your, etc.) after registering in PS CC (2014), although I have not changed anything?

  Using a new MAC with the latest versions of the LR5 and PS. Clean install previous versions IE UN-installed and all the presets etc etc with only the color management settings the value ProRGB in the workspace of PS.

  1. Select a photo DNG in LR5. Do NOT change either. IE no exposure, tonal, no sharpening - absolutely nothing.

  2. Select Edit in Photoshop

  3 photo opens in PS and looks exactly the same as in LR5

  4. do not make ANY changes whatsoever.

  5. save the file (TIFF).

  6. close file in PS

  7. return to LR5.

  8. the saved TIFF file is there, but the exhibition, highlights, contrast, shadows, etc. have all been changed. The result is unusable.

  I tried various permutations of transfer between LR5 and Psalm for example file open in PS, saved, opening in same LR5 something occurs. The net result is that the 'evolution' takes place in the opening of the LR5 and not PS

  What has changed are the SAME values in every Photo that is passed to / PS

  The problem does not occur with JPG or TIFF to Psalm

  Also checked the file via Finder/Preview after the closing in PS and opening in LR5. The picture is OK. Open in LR5 and it is changed.

  Any help please, because this makes combo LR5/PS unusable.

  PS. This has only started happening with the latest versions.

  Check if you have "Apply adjustments to your car" turned on by accident in the preferences-> Presets. Also reset all of your settings default development in this same dialog box.

• LR5 using creative cloud update

  I had to move LR5 to another computer not to fail.

  It reinstalled normally and I used the KEY to register it and no problem until I tried to update to 5.7.

  Using CC LR5 said 'TRY' instead of 'UPDATE '. How can I fix this problem?
