  Sorry, but that kind of image manipulation is not for the purpose of Lightroom and more oriented toward Photoshop and retouching of composition of similar images.

• Z Index, overlay images, need help (crazy!)

  Need help on overlay images. As you can see, the "polaroid" a band on it - I want this band to overlap the menu bar.

  

  The menu bar is a Graphic (there is a slight slope for her) and above it are the real menu graphics.  If I remove the menu graphics, photography rides very well.  But if I insert the menu chart, they are on top of the polaroid.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

  It is not a built-in feature. Possibly added by your extension "Double-click Image Downloader"? Page of the extension indicates the download of a single click is optional, so I hope you can find the setting to turn it off. I would like to start page modules using either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. On the right side, look for this extension and an option button.

• Impossible to export images of Photos

  All my photos are stored on a hard drive of my previous Mac.

  I can see all my images in Photos, but when I try and export images (such as a folder on the desktop), I receive the error: "failure of the export operation create a file for the identified below image: IMG1234 failed to load image".

  This means that some images are not properly saved on the hard drive, and I can't access it (even if I can visualize?)?

  Even if you can copy and paste an image, (you can often), it will usually disappear when sending. Right-click on the photo and picture messaging. This should open a new message with the attached picture window.

  Alternatively, you can right-click | Save the image as and save it to My Documents or elsewhere can insert or attach to an email.

• Impossible to import images for processing

  On a trip, I imported the images raw m y laptop DHM and shot using LR 6. Also, I converted to DNG. When I returned home, I copied and pasted the DNG files in my desktop hard drive. I tried to import them into LR, but only a small percentage of the images appear (for example 9/14, I 709 files on my DHM but only 147 on my desk LR). When I go to import all the files appear greyed out with the comment that they are already in the catalog. My desire is to raise them in LR, go it draws to develop and process. I could use EHD, but I'd like to work outside my desktop hard drive where they exist, but can't seem to access it. Any suggestions?

  On the right of the import dialog box try to uncheck the "do not import suspected duplicates" and choose a new location for the folder by clicking on the icon 'more' in the destination tab.

  external drive? Go to the Apple menu, select "about this Mac", click

  "System report", in the report that you get, go to hardware and select

  storage. Report what it says on your external drive to "File System" and

  whether it's writable. It looks like your external may be formatted as

  NTFS, which would make unwritable on a Mac. It should say "logged".

  Once you do this, put a mask on the offending layer and the mask to the person walking by revealing the intention below. (You want the top layer offender because looks like it is something minor, we want to just get rid of this one problem.)

• LR5 do not download images from cameras cf or sd cards

  LR 5 says it can't read the cards, but it will post some of them, but then stops on a Canon 5 d MKII and III and any card. I can open pictures in iphoto is fine but not LR5.  Updates are ongoing.

  I spoke to Canon and they say that it is certainly a matter of LR. This seems to happen more often when I have my computer shut down for several days.
