• Dynamic filter settings

  I created dynamically a drop shadow for a mc in my project. This isn't a big deal. The parameters are not difficult, either. This is the frustrating part - I can't get the settings to be changed on the fly and react to the entrance. In this case, I use a couple of equations to determine the distance between the mouse and the mc and the angle that results. I try to get the filter drop shadow to use these data and change its distance and angle to react settings. So far, no dice. Any ideas?

  I'm used to be able to do a right click on an image (s) in the library Module and access the LR and develop settings to apply to one or more images. Now, in LR6, these settings no longer appear in the right click menu. Anyone know where they went? Is this unique to my setup?

  It is no longer available via the contextual (right click menu).

  You can access develop presets via the Panel to develop fast in the library.

  I have a question about the high pass filtering in LabVIEW simply based on observation, have never been taught directly on the filters.

  A signal of high pass filtering, with a Butterworth IIR filter (2nd order) for example, around the time Fortran, = 0 there is a transition from a high-intensity "false" at a rate expected, as the officer although this is achieved thanks to a program as I have nothing else to hand at the moment.  In order to minimize the importance, for the rest of the filtered signal, you can increase the sampling time, change the filter settings or even add time of additional levy in order to truncate it.

  Is there an established method to get around this?  The reason why I ask is because I'm trying to distinguish accurately Laminar and turbulent parts of a signal of speed but on time = 0, in a completely laminar signal, our method returns false positives for the presence of turbulent structures.  I assume that this will always be the case, but it is better to ask first and concluded later!

  All filters have a transient initial.  You must wait until it has settled on or try to compensate for the spike in some way.  Transitional measure also depends on the input (including any noise) signal, it is generally not possible to compensate exactly.

When I connect my 2D array in a loop and place a filter inside with the init/cont option to true, it resets every loop pass. When I extracted a single signal and pass through the filter it works fine. But this isn't what I want, I want to have signals more filtered in different ways. • Modulation Toolkit PLL filter setting

  I try to use the PLL vi in the Modulation Toolkit to lock to an external frequency acquired a 24 bit data acquisition card. The external FREQ is in the range 30-800 Hz (chopper optics) and the sampling frequency is 20kS at this time. The ext signal is a square wave. Finally, I need to generate a sine wave (only in software) locked on the FREQ of ext.

  With the default loop filter settings, I cannot get the thing to work properly, means no stable frequency and the BW of the PLL seems to be too high (sin (phase) is trying to follow the square signal if the vco gain is greater than 0.001). I checked the Web for some details on the pll, but so far I couldn't understand things. Looks like I need a current depth on control systems...

  Can someone give me a hint on how to proceed?  Do I really need a full cycle of the DSP or can I get away with a few experiences?

  I tried a few filters and now finally done with the default coefficients! It turned out that they work very well for my purpose. However, the default filter for some reason settings any require a signal that passes through 0 (a 0 - 5V TTL will not work!). I now use the vi "scale 1 before I have to send the signal to the processor of the pll. The output nonlinear phase in higher gains can be treated by linearization of phase in a specfic fitting routine. It needs enough oversampling to do.  Now I have at least 80 dB suppression of harmonics in my outs (independent on vco gain) pll.

  To really improve things, a filter PLL vi design would be needed that implements all the theory.

  I wonder if it is possible to design multi-channel filters on the FPGA reconfigurable on the fly? For example, it is possible to have X bandpass filters in an iteration, and Bandpass Filters Y with different specifications in the iteration following without having to recompile the FPGA code? Is there a simple way to achieve such a purpose?

  I have built such flexibility in the OTR (where each iteration has different filter settings) but hope to implement on the FPGA so.

  If someone could provide ideas as to whether or not such a conception is possible, it would be greatly appreciated.

  How do you try to generate the FPGA code for this filter, you are using the IP generator?

  If so, this knowledge base article describes fixing the coefficients for multichannel to change on the fly filters.  There is also a nice example in there also.

  Also, if you use this IP generator, this help document describes the more Options box that has the ability to change the coefficients to be 'rechargeable' so that you can change these on the fly it too.

  It is actually supposed to work as you would expect in your first post and has just proposed workaround until someone can find why the right way does not work for some users.

  The right way actually works for me on mac osx 10.11.1 and photoshop 2015.1 cc.

  In other words, if I click the color chip in the dialog box filter Photo and make appear the color picker, I can directly click the foreground or chips of background color in the Toolbox to get these colors.
