  Need of this camera camera raw 8.2 or later. Cannot use this CS5 version. You will need to download the 9.1 free dng converter and convert your images to DNG version CS5 can handle.

  There are essentially 4 different solutions to this common problem with the older PES software:

  (1) upgrade to the latest version 14;  It's not free.

  (2) the software should come with your camera and download pictures on your computer;

  (3) your operating system may have some updates to download images from your camera.

  (4) use Adobe DNG converter and it is still free.  The latest version is:

  I'm on a MacPro... OS X 10.6.8. I am running Adobe Photoshop CS5. I need to be able to run my scanner flat of 2450 EPSON by Photoshop. But when I go to file > import > he's not here.   In your Photoshop CS5 folder, there are 'uninstall.app', as the first term. This is the good way to remove the CS5.

  Download and run the CS5 cleaner tool.  Adobe - Adobe CS5 clean tool to be sure, nothing is left of the old installation.

  Reinstall using your discs and run updates.

I tried to open Photoshop 3 days and since then it will not open... it starts but then once it says "plug-ins starting" it freezes... my Finder says it's "not responding" but I don't know the steps for updating without deleting... can someone please give me a help to do this...   This is the default behavior on Mac Os. Go to the window menu > setting the application to allow a background like on windows, or by default in CS4.

  There is no Camera Raw to Lightroom CC installation.

  You must upgrade to Lightroom to version than cc2015.1.1 and which will include a Camera Raw 9.1.1

  I'm not an apple person.  I read on a few different forums that apple has changed what is called 'writing' in a recent update to apple.  You may need to find an Apple expert to show you how to make sure you are allowed to write to files or locations on your computer.
