  OK, so I let drop $50 on the pre-order for the Xoom at best buy about 15 minutes ago. It turns out that the only version they sell is now the Xoom with 3G.

  I asked when the wifi version would only be available and the response was 'I don't know '.

  I considered going back to Best Buy and cancel my order, I really want to speed HSPA for download and it's only available on AT & T and T-Mobile. As the Xoom sporting both a miniUSB and a regular USB, external USB antenna from T-Mobile would work for me.

  It turns out that T-Mobile has also updated from their USB HSPA modems in March of their 21 Mbps to Mbps HSPA 42 version.

  After much calculation, I should always slide another $200 to them for the modem.

  Take the path of least resistance, I'll keep this version Xoom for the moment, Verizon to give a chance to settle their broadband services to manage bandwidth iphone/ipad/xoom and see how it plays out.

  I enjoy net surfing and watching TWiT TV to work and if the combo 3G Xoom/Verizon can't do it, I know I can sell it without taking too much of a bath.

  HSPA +, while that touted by ATT and TMO that 4G is not really 4G. It is faster than the 3G? Yes, but it does not compare to LTE or even WiMax for that matter.   This machine is located at the limit of the size I want, but smaller would mean that I have to wait longer to buy.  I want to really the Lenovo quality and performance of the Core 2 Duo processor, but if it isn't quality Thinkpad or if I have to deal with BB instead of Lenovo to everything, I want to go back.

  All the wisdom that someone share would be appreciated.

• New Alienware 13 R2 OLED at best buy

  I bought and returned the new 13 R2 OLED Best Buy Alienware laptop. I bought it with anticipation to a fast SSD drive, because it comes with a slow 500 GB hard drive on a regular basis. I took apart and Alienware does not all ports for one SSD. It makes no sense, I wanted to put a SSD 950 PRO NVMe 512 GB SSD Samsung in the laptop. Save time and not buy one, I ended up ordering just the high-end off Alienware's website.

  It looks like from the manual that if you get the version with a HARD drive, you get the HARD drive and the caddy that comes with it, however, if you get the SSD version, they have a daughter and caddy card that replaces the HARD drive in the same dwelling.  You could have called Dell and purchased the caddy SSD maybe.  The device is so small that they cannot be able to have both installed.

It came with 4 cylinders of 2GB 1066Ghz (each cylinder), adding up to a total of 8GB spread on 4Slots, all of a sudden one of the slot (Slot 2 to be precise) Ram began to fail, so computer would beep to reveal no ram or sometimes ram write failure etc. So, to avoid problems with this slot (Slot 2), I got rid of all four locations of 2 GB and wanted to replace them with the following ram: "(Kingston HyperX FURY 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM quantité = 2 d'ajouter jusqu'à 8Go en Kit) ', but my computer is beeping not revealing no ram detected." Now, according to the Studio XPS manual, the configuration can be either Ghz 1066 or 1333 Ghz as long ram DDR3 of Ram.

  I would like to know why my new 8 GB kit (2x4gb 1333 Ghz) does not work with my computer Studio XPS 8100? RAM is correctly inserted on the slot 1 and 3 (I even tried different slot combinations).

  It would be a great help if you guys can let me know what DDR3 1333 Ghz Ram is compatible with my Studio XPS 8100.

  I think the chipset on the studio XPS 8100 is H57.

  H57 is not listed as a compatible chipset on the webpage the HyperX fury.

  I had an update for the application of Best Buy, but it would not be updated. I deleted the app and tried to reinstall, but it is not always up to date. There is a '1' on the App Store icon, but it is not an application there, update. The BB app isn't super important and they it will probably set with the time, but how can you get rid of the '1 '?

  I remove it and connect with Best Buy. After all, it is their application. If enough complain they will fix it as it is important for them, more than you.

  It is not only the guarantee which is a problem. Apple will not provide a warranty for a used iPhone purchased at Best Buy.

  Refurbished or not, the iPhone is more than likely still associated with Apple ID of the previous owner, which means that you would not be able to configure the iPhone with your Apple ID.

  Better to buy a new iPhone directly from Apple.

  Yesterday, I bought one of the brand new 14 Yoga from Best Buy, the one with the stylus, which is basically a 460 yoga.

  Mini Displayport does not work. Hook up a monitor makes the system to hang for about 15 seconds, and no screen is detected.

  All Windows and Lenovo software are up to date.

  I use a Mini DP--> HDMI adapter, but I've never had problems with it on other computers.

  I have ordered another cable converter and will try that tomorrow.
