  If you are not able to uninstall Skype in the usual manner of programs and features (Control Panel), you can try an uninstall program of third parties such as detailed below.

  Download and install the free version of Revo Uninstaller from the link below.

Right-click on the program icon and select uninstall - it will try initially to lauch that Skypes own routine that may fail if some files have been deleted, but simply continue the uninstall process. Once uninstallation is completed, restart the laptop.

  I am setting up a new laptop and downloaded Acrobat Pro XI for Windows computer.  Download and install seemed to go fine, but when I try to run the program, it is coming in a few other locales (not French_FR).  What should I do to configure the program for the locale in the United States?

  (running Setup 3 times (to fix, modify, uninstall/reinstall), but so far nothing has worked.)  Even after uninstalling/reinstalling (where I deselected the local Korean), the program still continues to flow upwards in an alternate reality!
