  Personally, I would install just without turning off. Worst thing that will l be happen you will need to disable a. Does not mean that you must uninstall just disable and when you need it, just disable one of the other and activate the current.   I see that you have found a red flashing in the 3 & 4 DIMM slots. Typically, this indicates a bad RAM module or the module is not seated properly. I see you have already done the troubleshooting that I would have recommended.
