  I see that you have a problem with the installation of the software for your MFP Color Laserjet Pro m277dw on your Windows 7 PC. I can help you with that.

  Here are some things that should help you with the installation.

  1. If the USB cable is connected to your PC, delete.
  2. Click Start.
  3. In the search bar type "cmd" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.
  4. In this window type "msiexec /Unregister" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.
  5. Type "msiexec/regserver" (without the quotes).
  6. Click Start.
  7. In the search bar type "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.
  8. Click the Services tab.
  9. Click Hide all by Microsoft.
  10. Click Disable all.
  11. Click the Startup tab.
  12. Click Disable all.
  13. Click OK and reboot your PC.
