  It looks like a hardware problem if the button does not work correctly. Until you can find a solution, you can use an external USB mouse.

  I recommend you contact the manufacturer of the computer for that matter.

  I had the KB976902 recently updated on 2 of the 3 computers and 2 who got now have a mouse that does not correctly.  The computer number 3 does not have the update and still works fine.  All three are almost identical hardware and software and have legitimate versions of windows 7.

  The problem of the mouse made play almost almost impossible. Left click crashes, lag mouse click one or two times when I I try to do a restore from the left eventually drag a shortcut of the thing, I clicked on and don't know how or why.

  I did a restore on a single computer, but it did not help.

  Norton and McAfee applications are notorious for not to uninstall (or upgraded) themselves. Since you are not sure, I'll have to have executed two removal on all of the computers in question tools.

  NB: If a step said to reboot, reboot!

  1. download the Norton Removal Tool, save it to your desktop: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

  1B. download the tool McAfee Consumer Product Removal, save it to your desktop: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

  2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

  3. right click on the file saved in # 1 above and select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then restart.

  I'm having a problem, try to use a Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0 with a wireless desktop receiver 3. 0a. My previous mouse, wireless laser Mouse 5000 connects fine but the left click button is inadmissible about half the time so I bought the Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0 to replace. Laser mouse 6000 v2.0 works fine on my laptop with the usb receiver that comes with it, but I would like to use this mouse if you use my office receiving office 3. 0a that connects my microsoft comfort keyboard 1027 and all other previous microsoft mouse that I have owned. I downloaded and installed the latest drivers point software and smart and still it does not detect or connect the mouse 6000 v2.0.

  I tried to use the usb receiver supplied with this mouse on my desk but he won't my keyboard (comfort 1027), but the mouse works fine when using the usb receiver. Any suggestions to get this mouse works with my receiver older are greatly appreciated! Thank you

  It must have the same version of the receiver in order to work properly. Unless the mouse is bluetooth, it can only pair with the USB dongle, with which he came.

  A. are you referring to the touch pad or external mouse?
  B. What is a USB or a wireless mouse?
  C. who is the manufacturer of your computer?
  D. recent changes made on your computer?

  You can try to update the drivers and let us know the result

  1. click on Start.

  2 type devmgmt.msc in the start search box and press on enter.

  3. right click on the driver, and then choose Update.

  I have RoboForm and on Internet explore when I opened a new site of the filling and opens the window submit on Roboform, but the mouse cursor isn't go.  It just does not move it.

  I contacted the Support with Logitech but they claim that it is a matter of Windows.

  It's not really a 'Windows' issue, but there is a problem with any application that is not mark and disseminate the button which is default in a given interface in a standard way or it broadcasts at least not in a way that listening to the Logitech software.

  You can try the "Snap To" option to embed, which is part of Windows, but it may undergo the same question depending on the application being used and how it broadcasts its default buttons.

  Who is the manufacturer of the wireless mouse?

  Your wireless mouse does not work in Windows, or that your PC is in the early phase of the startup procedure when you turn on your PC?

  If in Windows, you might have to check batteries and polarity, corresponds to the mouse and the receiver to the other, also install the drivers from the manufacturers website or try to use the DVD that came with the mouse.

  I have Microsoft Wireless 1000 keyboard and an optical mouse wireless Microsoft 2000, they worked fine on my old computer with XP.

  Now, I bought an Acer Predator G3620 with Windows 7 and my computer does not start. He stops and beeps when it says "Press DEL to enter setup", this continues to the repeat. When I use the wired Acer keyboard and mouse the computer starts normally.

  When I inserted the original CD with the drivers, it gave an error of compatibility with this version of windows. So I downloaded the drivers and everything seemed fine. But when I start the computer (or reboot) I have to disconnect the transmitter/receiver or the computer stops and beeps.

  Once the computer is turned on, I can reconnect the transceiver, and it works fine.

  Find it me hard to believe that it has to bee like that.

  I have to buy a new keyboard and mouse?
