  The only way to have such links open is not Firefox is to define a different browser, the default browser.

  I assume you mean Adobe Reader > Preferences > e-mail accounts.  I did already but get an error message: "Error communicating with the server" when I try to send a PDF by e-mail (file > Send file > Attach to Email), even if the parameters are exactly the same as in Outlook.  Don't know how to solve this problem, although simple workaround is just to save the file locally and then send it as an attachment from Outlook itself.

  But with regard to the specific question that I asked originally, I don't try to send a document as an attachment; I am trying to send an e-mail to a hyperlink address embedded in a pdf document open. It seems the setting that you referenced only affects how documents are sent as an attachment, not what client opens when you click on a link embedded in a pdf document e-mail.

  Anyway, I solved the problem of the latter: in OSX, please make sure that in the native Mail application that the default mail reader is the application that you want to use ALL the programs/applications (Mail > preferences > General > default email reader), including Adobe Reader.  Once I put this in Outlook, click an address for e-mail embedded in a document pdf opens Outlook with the address already in the field "to".

  When you compose and read a message, go to view | Size of the text in each case and make sure that it is set to medium.   If this does not help, it would be useful to know what e-mail program you use.

  Just to check, is the page you see is this? If Yes, can you please check if you have parental controls installed and configured on the computer where you archive the reports? Also, can you directly access http://fss.live.com ?

  This page appears usually when you go to the site and the computer account is no parental control installed or it is not configured. To view information about your parental control settings and reports, please check on a computer with parental control.

Sometimes, if there is a URL link in an e-mail message in my Outlook Inbox, when I clicked a box appears to want me to identify my browser. So I need to click on my computer in the box, then C: and then programs and find Internet Explorer.

  Come on! How and why is it supposed to be forgetting what I have always used a my browser? I have no other browser on this pc.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.

  Seeing that your iPad is updated probably has to do with 9.3 being pulled from servers. For the rest, it seems to be a bug or glitch with safari. Finally, I knew that he had no solution outside waiting for Apple to fix things. You can use another browser in the meantime and use it as a work-around. I use atomic but you can search for a browser in the app store that looks good to you and use it.

  Try to keep your finger pressed on the link until you see the popup 'copy' come then paste this link into the navigation bar of Safari and see if this allows you to follow the links.
