Mail offline for El Capitan?

Hi all -

I just downloaded El Capitan for my Macbook Pro and have noticed a problem with my Mail. The two e-mails I have synced my mail are offline, with the Protocol IMAP and SMTP failed both. Someone at - it deals with an issue similar to this / knows how to fix?

Thank you!

Hey eaglesfan15,

Please visit Apple support communities.

If your e-mail accounts appear to be offline after upgrading to OS X El Capitan, start with the steps following If you can not sendor receive e-mails on your Mac:

If Mail indicates that your account appears to be offline

Mail will say that your account appears to be offline due to a network problem.

If you are connected to the Internet, but your account appears to be offline, your e-mail settings may not be correct. To view your current settings in Mail, choose Preferences from the mail menu, click accounts, and then select your e-mail account.

OS X will automatically use account settings appropriate for many e-mail providers. You can use Mail search settings to display these settings, or receive the settings from your email provider. Then compare them to the settings that you see in Mail preferences.

Sincerely.
