Mail > response produces a form of empty e-mail without the sender address and not display any message from the sender. The blank form cannot be deleted.
Please, start with one simple step: leave then to restart the Mail. If there is no change, see below.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.
Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.
The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.
Test in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.

Problems include:
- By clicking on an e-mail folder does not open it - open in new tab works
- Names of the attachments are not displayed. Clinkg on the trombone does not open them. "Open all the ' works
- Sometimes, if I click on an email in the message (?), disappeafrs message pane, and then as I move the cursor to the bottom of the list, they all disappear

Copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination.
Launch the Terminal application integrated in one of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

I like things to work, but the mail icon does not appear the number of unread messages in the tiny bubble on the mail icon. Is there something I could fix it? This has happened for months now and I like things to work properly. Help, please.

My MSN mail program does not work
My MSN mail program does not work. I had the computer at a Staples office supply store to get a verified cd drive. They said they were doing free computer cleaning. I said yes. When it was finished, I took the computer home and Premium MSN mail program would not be executed. Error messages say files are missing. I downloaded a file and then another message poped saying another file was missing. I got at Staples and I don't think they know how to fix it. I guess that the program needs to be reinstalled. My concern is that there are folders with important emails in them. They are erased if I re-install the program? Where should I go to re - install.

I regularly use my Comcast email, but I can't send pictures to this topic. When I try I get the page of microsoft mail, but it won't let me do anything.
