  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. From your post, I understand that you do not see the Message Viewer box which allows you to read your e-mails; only see you the Inbox that includes a brief overview of the message and are unable to restore access using the separator bars. I have had this happen to my own Mail app and am happy to let you know how I could fix!

  You are really on the right track - you want to roll your mouse over the divider between the Inbox and sections Message Viewer (which should now be on the extreme right edge of your mail window) and drag it to the left.  When you click on the receipt/Message Viewer box, the cursor turns into a line continuous black with a single arrow pointing to the left. When you see the cursor change, click with the left button of the mouse and (while holding down the mouse button in) drag the combination line / arrow to the left. You may need to drag a little further than before to get it. I had to hang mine almost completely in the middle of my Mail app before the display of the message box appeared.

  From there, you should be able to adjust the boxes to your widths you want as expected.

  If you are still not able to get the display of the messages visible after have try this, here are a few more things that you can do.

  1. Press command + O on your keyboard.
  2. Exit the Mail application, and then press on and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard while reopening.
  3. Restart your Mac by selecting the menu  Apple in the upper right of your screen restart from the menu drop down.

• 10 Windows mail and troubled calendar

  I am currently configuring my iCloud account to work with the default Windows 10 calendar, Mail, people, etc. applications, however, when I created the account, it says the following:

  Calendar - "can't get calendars.

  Mail - "can't get mail.

  People - "cannot get contacts."

  He also mentioned the generic "don't get___" where the account name must be 'system error '.

  I got the account set in place with the applications before and it worked perfectly with all three of these applications, but that was before I implemented authentication two factor, so I think that two factors is the problem.

  Please use the Apple Support communities to post your question. If you are having problems with the help of e-mail clients with your Apple ID after you configure two-factor authentication, you will need to download theiCloud for Windows v5 and the latest version of iTunes. • I downloaded Yahoo mail and have had nothing but trouble. If I reply to an e-mail message, original e-mail message goes and I need, that's my business.

  If I reply to an e-mail message instead to compose a new, original message has disappeared. This is my case. Yahoo mail will then not only the original message, all conversations between me and my client.

  About your Yahoo mail, you should be able to switch your view so that your incoming message display only in the Inbox, and sent messages show only in the folder "sent".

  Mouse over the gear on the right icon, choose settings, category "look at an email", the first checkbox allows to turn off conversation view.

  Not sure if this will help with hidden messages.

  My solution is to always use the WEBMAIL service belonging to the service of your email provider... be it Apple or Blueyonder, or anyone.

  It seems that the only thing they have is your email address that is not desirable, but not a disaster. I suggest you (in this order):

  1 scan you PC for malware using at least 2 good name * anti-malware products. Assuming that you have a product of real-time protection in place (for example, Norton, Microsoft Security Essentials) use it as a. The other could be the free www.malwarebytes.org demand scanner.

  I can't access my hotmail account. I put in the password and loads of pages. When the screen finishes loading, I get an error page instead of the home page that allows you to check e-mail, view contacts, ect.   If you open Outlook Express and go to... Tools / Options /.
  Send tab / section sending Mail Format / HTML parameters
  button... Make sure that the box "send pictures with Messages.
  is checked. Then... OK / apply / OK...

  Also, you can copy attachments in a folder on your
  Hard drive and to compose a new e-mail message and to set
  the files.

• Having trouble setting up Windows Mail (Vista)

  I opened a new gmail account and tried to use Windows Mail to send/retrieve messages instead of you connect on a browser all the time.  Before the change, I used Windows mail to my Shaw account (a local Canadian internet provider).

  I have still two addresses on Windows Mail and they worked very well last night.  This morning, Windows Mail prompts for a name of user and password for shawmail.  I put them, he fails to send/receive messages and then claim again the entry.

  Gmail or shawmail works now.

  Remove the account from Shaw and reboot. The Gmail account is working now? If so, try adding the account of Shaw and see if it works.
   

• Caused Windows mail in trouble with Yahoo mail

  I use Windows mail version 6, with Windows Vista. I use this program to receive my yahoo mail but I noticed that once received by Windows mail, kept on the server of Yahoo emails are automatically sent to the deleted items. This causes problems for 2 reasons:

  (1) my Blackberry does not keep the emails stored in deleted items

  (2) deleted messages are deleted automatically by Yahoo on a regular basis.

  In Windows Mail in the menu click on tools, accounts, click on your email account, click Properties.

  Click on Advanced Options, check the box: leave a copy of messages on the server.

  You can enter: remove server after... Days.

  If you choose: remove the server after deleting "Deleted items" is deleted in Yahoo Mail and not Windows Mail items.

  This means that if you delete a mail in Windows Mail to deleted items and you want just signin to Yahoo Mail and it will be there.

  You should also go to Yahoo Mail at least once a month and empty folders.

  If you tend to get a lot of emails and keep them you should ask yahoo which is their limit.

  Once you put it in right place try it with emails that you don't need more.
