Mailing labels

I have a 10g report that prints on leaves Avery 5160 mailing labels - 30 per page - 3 rows / 10 down.
Its only printing on labels 9/lines. What can I check or adjust to make it print all labels 10/lines?
For the record, it is a 6i report that prints very well. We run both. I translated the report at 10g.
I have 2 separate groups of repetition in this report 1, 6i and 10g 1.
They have the same characteristics of size, just the last rows/3labels Miss.
Each label is:
Name
Address

I'm mailing labels duplicate when printing a group of Contacts. Not every name is duplicated. How to solve this?

Contact prints each address for each contact in a group that you select.  This could be, for example and to work.  Or it could even be that you have their same address entered twice as a House.  Or you might have duplicate contacts and need to delete some and keep the most relevant.  If you do not duplicate contacts, try file > Print > [show details down to the left if it is not already showing] > Label (among the three Center directly under style options) > addresses and select the category of the address to use to make your labels.

JobBoss support is your first option.

If you can't get help here, you need to explain what type of file that you exported from JobBoss (for example, what is a file "comma separated value" with the csv extension)... and then ask your question in the forum Word 2010.

Or have a look here--> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294684 the instructions for Word 2007 should be similar if not the same as Word 2010.

  • HP LaserJet P1006 - print mailing labels

I just got a new computer at work and it will not print my mailing labels.  If I create a word document and print it, it will be printed on paper for labels, but if the document is a model of language, I get a pop-up that telling me to insert the correct paper and click on 'go '. On my old computer I'd get this warning, but when I hit 'go' it would print.  Now the printer flashes red (as the work is underway), and then again, the pop-up appears telling me to reinsert the correct paper. I tried to change settings in the properties automatically expect paper for labels, but I get the same warnings.  Help, please! I need to solve this problem, because my colleagues will eventually have this same problem, because they all got new computers too.

    Thank you!

    Hello!

Thanks for your reply with all your troubleshooting efforts.

I looked in the print mailing label little more and I would post the question on the Avery Help Center to see if they can provide a better answer. We determined that the printer will always print, so I don't think that the problem lies in the printing of mailing labels.

  • With Firefox 4, I can't print a shipping off-site mail label (click ' n ship) as I used with Firefox 3

I go through all the steps to print a shipping label when I'm on the Web site of the post Office for a click ' n ship, but the site will not communicate with my printer (when I'm in firefox 4). So I switched to Firefox 3 and have no problem.
This has happened before in the beta version and was happy to go back to Firefox 4 when the full version is out, so I had to switch to Firefox 3, I have but the problem came again and after all the steps have been performed to complete the shipping label and I hit the button for label printing, my connection to printer window never popped up so that I could click to order my printer to print the label. I'm a user click ' n ship on www.usps.com

After waiting to still talk to a jolt to USPS click and ship assistance, he told me that it is a question of Adobe. I didn't ask why it is just started happening, but I too just recently updated to 4 Foxfire, there must be something to do with it.

Open your Adobe reader... programs... mine is called Adobe Reader X

Go in 'Edition' at the top left, click on "Properties..."

Uncheck the 'Display PDF in browser',

Then restart your computer before it takes effect. I am so grateful that it worked!

  • Sent mail incoming junk mail labeled "[Virus error]".

The next problem appeared in Mail on my two devices (MBP running Yosemite 10.10.5 and iOS 9.2.1) and my iCloud Web account.

I use Mail with an address to iCloud for work. I just got an e-mail from a colleague who uses a Mac and has an AOL e-mail address. His email is composed of 3 paragraphs of text and a Microsoft Word for Mac setting.

My e-mail program routed his email in the folder junk and added "[Virus error]" in the subject line.

I have never seen it before. Does that mean his email has a virus? I thought that Mac don't get viruses?

It does not mean that his word for Mac doc has a virus? (ICloud check for this sort of thing?)

I don't know what to do. Thanks in advance.

If the email was not grey/navy/red, iCloud server that has probably done. At attachment a that she had received from a user of Windows and then sent to you?

  • How to eliminate blank lines in addresses mailing label?

I'm merging the address fields in an Excel 2007 spreadsheet to labels in Word 2007.  Not all labels to use all the fields of the address of the spreadsheet, if I want to be able to ignore a blank in this field entry so that there is not a blank line to the address on the label.  I remember in earlier versions this was done automatically.  How can I remove the blank lines in the merged label?

  • misalignment of mailing labels

Photosmart 7510 AIO (C311a) on Win7 64 bit.  Using Avery 5160 address labels, the consistantly printer starts printing with a top margin of 1 "instead of" 1/2 as shown in print specifications and adds a margin of 1 "at the bottom instead of the 1/2".  It still prints 10 labels down, but only 4 in the Middle hit the labels correctly.  Alignment across the page is OK.  I reset the computer and the printer.  Any help?

This article does not solve my problem, but I found something that makes.  I knew the problem was specific to the printer Photosmart HP7510 because the labels printed fine on my old Laserjet Printer, Word and print.

What I had to do to finally get their print property are disable printing front and back of the printer.  There are two ways of getting the printer printing preferences, but I made it through the modification of the Control Panel, set the preferences, the option "print on Both Sides" to "none".

Initially, I also changed the Advanced "Borderless Printing" Option for "print without borders" instead of the default of 'print with border '.  Change that option doing nothing until I disabled double print side.  I changed it back "print with border", which was the default as delivered, and the label was still lined up properly all by turning off the double-sided printing.

  • Help in the merging of data and create mailing labels

I have a CSV file with three field ("name, envelope" "" = address"and"City ST Zip") and 245 records.

I have the labels that correspond to seven on a page.

I have the designed document. I am able to get the fields inserted, but... when I merge, I get the first page with seven the first record labels, the second page with seven second record labels, page 3 with seven third record labels. You get the photos. I want seven different addresses on each page. So... instead of having more to 35 245 pages.

Is this possible or should I find a way to make my drawing in Word? * sigh *.

Everyone made the same mistake; you set seven (records) to your InDesign document, are not.

    Create the first instance (upper-left)

Go to control panel to merge the data and choose multiple records per page.

It helps to have put guidelines in place for the Visual presentation and I try to keep the total area of my equal fields the number of hole - exactly 2 inches of width, for example.

Data merge multiple records per page will need the values for spacing from room to room. Integers and guides make easier.

  • Printing labels direct mail from a worksheet using iWork 09

I know how to use iWork 09 to perform a normal mailing.  However, to print mailing labels, I have to say that each label is NOT a new page.  By example, if I use 2 "x 4" labels, I need to print 10 labels on each physical page.  Is this possible?

    Thank you.

If you do not find a way to do it with Numbers/Pages (I don't know of a way, but I do not know much Numbers/Pages), you can download and install Avery Design and printing software. You can save the data of numbers in an Excel format and then import them to the Avery software: http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-%26-Software/Software/Avery-Design--P rint.htm

  • generated incorrectly USPS labels

I use PayPal to generate my mailing labels and has happened for quite some time.

If I use FF, labels are about 65% of the appropriate size. If I use IE, they are about 105% of the appropriate size. This is not a printer problem, they are unwelcome.

I have examples of two labels that show the problem, but no way to attach.

The problem is the same that I print or Adobe Acrobat or my Samsung laser printer. Everything prints correctly.

As I gazed at the troubleshooting info this line caught my attention:

              "print.printer_CutePDF_Writer.print_shrink_to_fit": false,

I have not had this program on my computer for a long time. It does not show up in the Services or processes in the Task Manager. A search of my entire hard drive shows that not everything about cutepdf. If I go to devices and printers is not there either.

Printer program below could be the Quicken PDF printer, otherwise I do not know whence he or the other.

                "print.printer_PrimoPDF.print_margin_right": "0.5",

I didn't ask you you to change for 125% setting in your printer driver settings, but in the last screenshot of how this label is pushed upward in the top margin box makes me wonder if your margin settings are fouled upward. I can't say with certainty, I go through the window of Firefox print preview; my printer is not as sophisticated as yours is, with no preview in the "native print dialog.

Please look at the dialog box layout Page Firefox and verify that it is set to 100% and shrink to fit is not selected and check the margin settings - in particular the bottom margin.

You can also check this scale setting in the preview window before printing.

The layout and preview of the menu items are available from the orange Firefox button to print > menu item.
