  I just bought a new MacBook Pro today to replace my three year old MacBook. I sold my old MacBook after I backed up on an external hard drive via Time Machine. Photoshop has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Serial number was entered when asked to check updates and they installed. Then I went back to the help tab to find the Activate button and all that was there was turn off which was always gray. What should I do to get the button disable not grayed out.
