  You cannot move the photos of the project from one book to the other.  Select the photos in an album or an event to add to another book.

• Photo books has changed recently?  I used to be able to place 12 photos per page, and now I can only make 4.

  I made the photo books on my Mac for years by I have Photo app. I now use the new Ap Photos. In the past when I would create a book and went to the page layout, I had the opportunity to take up to 12 photos on a page.  Tonight when I went to create a book, I received only the possibility of up to 4 photos on a page.  I called Apple to find out if there is a change or if I have a problem with my application but three phone calls and no response.  If anyone else has experienced this?

  • Select your book project in the sidebar, ctrl-click or right-click, and then select 'double project '. If the sidebar is not displayed, enter the ⌥⌘S key combination.

  

  Now, you can select the duplicate and switch between themes by clicking on the button "Edit settings" to the left of the button 'Buy the book' in the toolbar.

  There is no square brackets photos - you can place a photo square in a rectangular frame, click right and fit to frame to show the pictures not cropped out together and use that way - but be aware that Apple puts an end to iPhoto products print from the end of this month, so unless you order it soon makes no difference

  No, there is no way to add additional text boxes. You must find a theme that has a desired layout.

  Your book can contain a picture or a card that cannot be returned. You will need to identify the problematic item and delete it and replace it.

  Fact the crashlog list the filename of the picture that is being processed?  Look at the error message if you see no indication on the problematic photo.

  You can also try to identify the problematic element by duplicating the book.

  Select the book in the inspector from the photo library, ctrl-click, select 'duplicate the book. "

  Make two copies of the book. From the first copy remove half of the pages, the second ice the other half of the pages.

  Try to view the two copies of the book. If the opening hangs to one of the copies, the problematic element is this copy.

  Continue duplicating the copy of the book that keeps crashing and deleting pages, until you have found the page that is the cause of the crash.

  Then try to identify the photo or the map on the page which is the cause of the crash.

  Wich version of Aperture do you use?  If you are using version 3.4.5 opening or earlier, cards won't work any longer.

• Why can't I order two different photo books in the same order?

  I find costs for scandalous photo books, especially when I can't it be shipped to one country other than my billing address (which means ordering a Christmas gift you send in Sweden, for €10 and then ship it to the USA myself, pay again). This for a book of very simple picture whose aim was more than a Christmas card.

  I if I could save a little by ordering another book at the same time, having delivered them together, but I can't seem to place two elements in the same order - is this really the case?

  I wish I had looked into the front through the pain of the compilation books, or I would never have chosen the Photos to make them.

• How can I resize the photo frames to adjust photos cropped to Blurb photo book?

  I want to put the pictures as a photo using Lightroom book and the Blurb photo book module. Question: I do not see how to drag the sides of the photo frame individually to fit my photos, which are often cropped produced long skinny shots or those wider than the usual 4:3 format (not to make the frame of the photo, but to make the image go up the photo.   In iPhotos, you can create a page of book that showed cards with your travel destinations. The kids loved because they can now see to what extent they traveled. This feature doesn't seem to be transported on the photos App updated. Can anyone explain why?

  You can add a map with markers places, but arrows like in iPhoto or Aperture are perhaps not available, because the pages with arrows caused constant crashes in iPhoto, who knows.

  As a workaround: you could create a map with location markers page and print the page in PDF format, and then draw the arrows in preview on the map and import the page map of pictures as a photo.  Add this photo to the photo book full page.
